新常态下的公共管理的困境与出路研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济建设的深入开展,社会经济发展已经步入一个全新的时期。新常态的发展模式已经成为各行各业发展的基本特征,但新常态下的公共管理仍旧存在一系列的问题。所以我们说社会新常态的发展历程是一个循序渐进的过程,新常态的公共管理还需要从不同方面进行深化改革。所以本文在详细阐释新常态核心理念的前提下,根据公共管理面临的多重困境,制定出不同的解决策略予以解决。
[Abstract]:With the further development of our country ' s economic construction , the social and economic development has entered a new era . The new normal mode of development has become the basic feature of the development of all walks of life , but the public administration in the new normal state still has a series of problems . So we say that the development course of the new normal state is a step - by - step process , and the public administration in the new normal state needs to deepen the reform from different aspects .
