基于行业就业吸纳能力的我国大学生就业问题研究

【摘要】：本文对主要吸纳大学生就业的18个行业在2003-2010年8年间增加值及大学生就业人数两个基础数据的变动趋势及相关性分析后认为:我国大学生就业的行业结构与行业增加值结构存在较为密切的关联,并且大学生就业的行业分布不均匀。从提高行业增加值来提升大学生就业的角度而言:应大力发展教育,公共管理和社会组织,卫生、社会保障和社会福利业,科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业等4个行业;信息传输、计算机服务和软件业,租赁和商务服务业这2个新兴行业均具有一定的就业发展潜力和空间,而且符合我国发展现代服务业的要求,应适当地予以扶持;制造业、金融业则应巩固和维持其当前的就业规模。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the change trend and correlation of the two basic data of the value added and the number of college students employed in the 18 industries which mainly absorb the employment of college students in 2003-2010. It is concluded that the industry structure and industry of the employment of college students in China are as follows. The structure of value added is closely related. And the employment of college students in the industry distribution is uneven. From the point of view of increasing the added value of the industry to promote the employment of college students, we should vigorously develop four industries: education, public administration and social organization, health, social security and social welfare, scientific research, technical services and geological exploration; The two new industries of information transmission, computer service and software industry, leasing and business service industry all have certain employment development potential and space, and meet the requirements of our country's development of modern service industry, which should be properly supported. The financial sector should consolidate and maintain its current employment.
