【摘要】：正近日,国家行政学院公共管理教研部薄贵利发文表示,建设服务型政府,必然要求深化政治体制改革,发展和完善社会主义公共民主,构建社会主义公共政治体制。公共政治体制建设是服务型政府的政治保障。阶级民主必然被社会公共民主所取代,公共政治体制也必然成为社会主义政治体制的主流形态。与以往的民主体制相比,社会主义公共政治体制政治主题的范围空前扩大,公民权利的平等性得到
[Abstract]:Recently, Bo Guili, Chinese Academy of Governance Public Management and Research Department, said that to build a service-oriented government, it is necessary to deepen the reform of the political system, develop and perfect socialist public democracy, and build a socialist public political system. The construction of public political system is the political guarantee of service-oriented government. Class democracy must be replaced by social public democracy, and public political system must become the mainstream of socialist political system.
