农民工市民化进程中的风险与控制

【摘要】：农民工市民化是我国社会主义现代化进程中一个重大战略问题,是当前推进城镇化所面临的一项重要任务。由于受到城乡二元体制等多种因素的影响,农民工市民化进程又不可能是一帆风顺的。本文在梳理国内外相关研究的基础上,对农民工市民化进程中风险的内涵、主要表现及其引起的原因进行分析,并从城乡一体化的视角,有针对性地提出了化解农民工市民化进程中的各类风险。本文共分六个部分。第一部分是导言。介绍了论文的选题背景及研究意义,研究的思路和方法,梳理了国内外研究现状,在此基础上,指出了本文的主要创新点和不足之处。第二部分,重点分析了农民工市民化的客观必然性。第三部分,在弄清风险及农民工市民化风险内涵的基础上,对农民工市民化进程中风险的主要表现进行了分析。第四部分,从城乡二元体制、各利益集团的缺位、各群体认识上的误区、农民高素质等方面,分析了农民工市民化进程中产生风险的原因。第五部分,从破除城乡二元体制、加快推进城镇化进程、提高农民工素质、完善公共管理政策等方面,有针对性地提出了化解农民工市民化进程中各类风险的对策。在第六部分对研究工作做了简要总结。
[Abstract]:The urbanization of migrant workers is an important strategic problem in the process of socialist modernization in China, and it is an important task to promote urbanization. Due to the dual system of urban and rural areas and other factors, the process of migrant workers citizenship can not be smooth sailing. On the basis of combing the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the connotation, main performance and causes of the risk in the process of peasant workers' urbanization, and from the perspective of urban-rural integration, Pertinently put forward to dissolve all kinds of risks in the process of peasant laborer citizenship. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. This paper introduces the background and significance of this paper, the research ideas and methods, combs the current research situation at home and abroad, and on this basis, points out the main innovation points and shortcomings of this paper. The second part focuses on the analysis of the objective inevitability of the urbanization of migrant workers. The third part, on the basis of clarifying the risk and the connotation of the risk of peasant workers' citizenship, analyzes the main performance of the risk in the process of peasant workers' citizenship. The fourth part, from the dual system of urban and rural areas, the absence of interest groups, the misunderstanding of different groups, the high quality of farmers and so on, analyzes the reasons of the risks in the process of peasant workers' citizenship. In the fifth part, from the aspects of breaking up the dual system of urban and rural areas, speeding up the process of urbanization, improving the quality of migrant workers and perfecting the public management policy, the author puts forward some countermeasures to resolve the various risks in the process of urbanization of migrant workers. In the sixth part, a brief summary of the research work is made.
