政府部门间协调配合机制的研究与思考

【摘要】：正一、政府部门间协调配合机制建设情况经过多轮政府机构改革,泰兴市初步形成了"大计划、大农业、大工业、大建设、大交通、大社保"等大部门机构。但由于市政府作为直接面向基层进行公共管理、提供公共服务、协调利益关系、化解社会矛盾、提供基本公共服务的责任主体,受人员编制相对较少等因素的制约,政府部门间需要协调配合解决的事情仍然很多。近年来,泰兴市在政府部门协调配合制度建设上主要采取了以下几种形式:

There is still a lot to be done between government departments. In recent years, Taixing City has mainly adopted the following forms in the construction of coordination and coordination system of government departments:
