区块链技术的前瞻及在税收领域的应用前景分析

【摘要】：区块链技术在政府公共管理领域具有巨大的应用空间,税务机关既不应忽视这种潜在的革命性技术,又要对其理性看待。维也纳经济大学的Owens教授及其团队对区块链技术在税务领域的应用进行了深入的研究,本文对何谓区块链技术、其在公共管理特别是税务管理领域的应用潜力、对税务机关带来的新挑战等问题进行了深入浅出的分析。
[Abstract]:The blockchain technology has a huge application space in the field of government public administration. The tax authorities should not ignore this potential revolutionary technology and treat it rationally. Professor Owens and his team from the University of Economics in Vienna have conducted a deep study on the application of blockchain technology in the field of taxation. In this paper, we discuss what is called blockchain technology and its potential application in public administration, especially in the field of tax administration. The new challenges brought by tax authorities are analyzed.
