“人职匹配”理论视角下公共管理类研究生“新闻素养”培育研究

【摘要】：在"人职匹配"视域下,加强公共管理类研究生"新闻素养"的培育是社会对公共管理类人才的要求和高校公共管理类研究生人才培养目标的体现,更是学生自身成长的需要。针对当前公共管理类研究生对"新闻素养"培育的意义认识不足,缺乏新闻理论学习,基本功缺乏以及缺少新闻实践机会,动手能力弱的现状,对公共管理类研究生"新闻素养"培育准确定位,从营造氛围,创设培育平台;提高认识,理论与实践并进的路径促使问题有效解决。
[Abstract]:Under the view of "matching between people and posts", strengthening the cultivation of "news literacy" for graduate students of public administration is the demand of society to the talents of public management and the goal of cultivating graduate students of public administration in colleges and universities, and it is also the need for students to grow up themselves.
