中国建设银行甘肃省分行信用卡业务市场竞争策略研究

【摘要】:信用卡作为一种新型的支付工具,正在逐渐改变人们的消费习惯。近年来,信用卡的快速推广普及使我国居民消费支付方式和消费行为发生了深刻变化,一是信用卡的循环信贷和分期付款功能可以提高居民的持卡意愿,从而降低社会支付交易成本,打造更加高效的支付环境;二是信用卡具有的消费金融信贷功能,能够将持卡人预期增量收入提前转化为现实的消费购买力,对刺激居民消费、拉动消费和促进GDP的增长起到重要作用,国际上,将信用卡消费占比作为预测居民消费信心指数的重要依据。短短几年时间,信用卡应用由最初的支付结算、小额信贷拓展到打造居民消费金融信贷平台,信用卡的联网通用已渗透到交通罚没款扣缴、财政阳光支付、军人保障、社会保障等众多的社会公共管理行业领域,且联网通用内涵不断丰富。 信用卡业务是国际一流商业银行重要的利润来源。国际市场,信用卡产业已趋于成熟步入稳定发展阶段,国内,信用卡市场正处于蓬勃发展阶段,银行之间的竞争日趋激烈。目前国内发行一张信用卡的单卡成本已超过120元,甚至更高,国内银行将赌注下在了信用卡“必定会挣钱的明天”上。要等到信用卡真正带来利润,必须要等到信用卡发挥规模效用的那一天,不过市场竞争也不可能让所有发卡银行都成为最后的赢家。各家银行对信用卡业务的大力投入是一场资本与远见的较量。信用卡市场前景广阔,有极大的兼容性和发展外延,目前,各家银行纷纷加大信用卡产品创新、客户拓展、市场营销的力度,信用卡市场竞争由初期的“跑马圈地”进入到对客户的“精耕细做”。甘肃省经济环境相对落后,内外部环境对信用卡市场的发展是一个制约,但从事物的另一方面来看,落后的市场孕育着发展的空间,面对逐渐白热化的市场竞争局势,如何凭借自身竞争力成为信用卡市场中的佼佼者是建设银行甘肃省分行必须面对的问题。本文就甘肃省信用卡业务的发展现状进行了深入分析,并对提升建设银行甘肃省分行信用卡业务市场竞争力从七个方面提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:Credit card, as a new payment tool, is gradually changing people's consumption habits. In recent years, the rapid promotion and popularization of credit cards have brought about profound changes in the way and behavior of residents' consumption payment. First, the function of revolving credit and installment payment of credit cards can improve the willingness of residents to hold cards. So as to reduce the transaction cost of social payment and create a more efficient payment environment; Second, the credit card has the function of consumer finance and credit, which can convert the expected incremental income of cardholders into real consumption purchasing power ahead of time, which plays an important role in stimulating residents' consumption, stimulating consumption and promoting the growth of GDP. The proportion of credit card consumption is used as an important basis for predicting residents' consumption confidence index. In just a few years, the application of credit cards has been extended from initial payment and settlement, microcredit to building a consumer financial credit platform for residents, and the networking of credit cards has penetrated into the withholding of traffic fines and forfeiture, financial sunshine payment, and military security. Social security and many other fields of social and public management, and the general connotation of networking is constantly rich. Credit card business is an important source of profit for international first-class commercial banks. In the international market, the credit card industry has become mature and entered the stage of stable development. At home, the credit card market is in the stage of vigorous development, and the competition among banks is becoming increasingly fierce. At present, the cost of issuing a credit card in China has exceeded 120 yuan, or even higher. Domestic banks will bet on the credit card "tomorrow, which is bound to make money." To wait until credit cards really bring profits, we have to wait until credit cards become scale-effective, but competition in the market is unlikely to make all card issuers the final winners. The strong investment of banks in credit card business is a contest between capital and foresight. The credit card market has broad prospects, has great compatibility and development extension, at present, banks have increased credit card product innovation, customer expansion, marketing efforts, Credit card market competition from the initial "horse encirclement" to the customer "fine ploughing fine do." The economic environment of Gansu Province is relatively backward, and the internal and external environment is a restriction to the development of credit card market, but from the other aspect of things, the backward market is pregnant with the space of development, facing the gradually heated market competition situation. How to become a leader in the credit card market by virtue of their own competitiveness is the problem that China Construction Bank Gansu Branch must face. This paper analyzes the present situation of credit card business in Gansu Province, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from seven aspects to enhance the market competitiveness of credit card business in Gansu Branch of Construction Bank.
