摘要：

本文通过对我国高职院校酒店管理专业校企合作的人才培养模式的研究,结合武汉商业服务学院10多年来酒店管理专业实践教学基地建设的成功经验,提出了酒店管理专业校企深度合作为主要的实践教学形式,以打造高星级酒店为主体的多层次高质量的实践教学平台,实行学校、酒店、学生三赢的人才培养机制,从而达到培养高职院校酒店管理专业高素质高技能专门人才的培养的目标。

Abstract： 

This article studies the talent-training model of hotel management in higher vocational colleges,combined with successful experiences of the teaching practice base of hotel management of Wuhan Commercial Service College,puts forward practical teaching mode based on in-depth school-enterprise cooperation,creates multi-leveled,quality teaching practice platform,carries out talent development scheme of mutually beneficial school,hotel,students wins,thus achieving the goals of high-qualified,high-skilled professional training.
