城市餐饮文化特色与“美食之都”建设探讨——以成渝两市为例

【摘要】：美食之都的形成,必须有城市鲜明的餐饮文化特色作为立足点,有突出地体现城市餐饮文化特色的餐饮格局和餐饮企业作为重要基础,美食之都的建设与城市的餐饮文化特色有着十分密切的关系。本文不仅探讨了成渝两市的餐饮文化特色和美食之都建设的重要基础,而且对进一步加强美食之都建设提出了思考与建议,指出应当在工作内容上紧抓重点、强化特色、丰富内涵,在工作方式上责任明确、分工协作、各司其职。
[Abstract]:The delicacy are formed, there must be a city distinctive characteristics of catering culture as a starting point, has highlighted the cultural characteristics of the city catering catering pattern and catering enterprises as an important basis for the construction of city, and all the delicacy food culture characteristics has a very close relationship. This paper not only discusses the basic characteristics of catering culture and the construction of the two delicacy Chengdu Chongqing City, and to further strengthen the construction of delicacy and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions, points out that we should focus on the job content, tighten the strengthening characteristics, rich connotation, clear responsibility, in the way of work division and cooperation, carry out their duties.
