【摘要】：正清朝定都北京之初,在内城"分列八旗.拱卫皇居",将除满族以外的其他民族一律驱赶至外城.井严令内城不准设戏院。这促使前门一带商铺、饭馆、戏院乃至妓院迅速发展起来。到康熙、乾隆年间,这里已是店铺如林.一片繁荣。清《都门杂咏》记述"五色迷离眼欲盲.万方货物列纵横,举头天不分晴晦.路窄人皆接踵行"。善于经商的回回民族.从中寻觅到商机.一些清真老字号应运而生。"月盛斋"和"一条龙羊肉馆"是其代表。
