人本管理模式在我国酒店业的应用

【摘要】：加入WTO后 ,中国酒店业为尽快与世界同行业接轨 ,必须通过现代管理理论和实践创新 ,有必要在管理意识中运用人本管理模式使人本管理模式的内容将在我国酒店业得到进一步丰富和发展。随着社会的发展和劳动者素质的提高 ,理解人、尊重人的价值观将会在旅游业支柱产业之一的酒店业中得到广泛认可和运用。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, Chinese hotel industry must innovate through modern management theory and practice in order to connect with the same industry in the world as soon as possible. It is necessary to use the humanistic management mode in the management consciousness so that the contents of the humanistic management model will be further enriched and developed in the hotel industry of our country. With the development of society and the improvement of the quality of workers, understanding and respecting people's values will be widely recognized and applied in hotel industry, one of the pillar industries of tourism.
