“后非典时代”:SARS事件对中国饮食文化走向的现实与历史意义

【摘要】:持续了半年之久的非典事件 ,对中国经济无疑是一次沉重的打击 ,但同时也是对中国社会发展的巨大的推动。本文认为 ,中国国民大众在生活与中国饮食文化历史发展的“后非典”时代到来了。这主要表现在 :长期以来禁而不止的嗜食野生动物的顽固陋习将有望从根本上改变 ;长期以来一直争论不止、设而难行的中餐公宴分食制有望以“一人两筷”制的模式普遍推广开来 ,传统的“一个一筷”制将可能最终从公宴聚餐场合退出历史舞台 ;民族大众的饮食卫生认识与行为水平将上升到一个新的历史高度 ;餐饮业的陋习受到有力冲击 ,民族饮食心态经受深刻洗礼。中国人民的饮食生活和社会饮食文化 ,正在以非典事件为界限 ,进入历史性的变革发展阶段。
[Abstract]:The SARS incident, which lasted for half a year, is undoubtedly a heavy blow to China's economy, but it is also a huge boost to China's social development. This paper argues that the post-SARS era of life and the historical development of Chinese food culture has come. This is mainly manifested in: the long-standing prohibition of wild animal intransigence will be expected to fundamentally change; For a long time, there has been a lot of controversy, and it is hoped that the system of Chinese public dinners will be widely popularized with the mode of "one person and two chopsticks", and the traditional "one chopsticks" system may eventually withdraw from the stage of history from the occasion of public dinners. The understanding and behavior level of the national diet hygiene will rise to a new historical height, the bad habits of the catering industry will be strongly impacted, and the national eating mentality will be deeply baptized. The food life and social diet culture of the Chinese people are entering a historic stage of transformation and development with the SARS incident as the boundary.
