【摘要】：学生工作精品项目培育工作是高职院校提升学生工作绩效的突破点,通过构建科学、有效的学生工作精品项目综合评价体系,从而提高高职院校学生工作精品项目培育的整体水平。在分析精品项目培育的现状和问题后,运用专家调查法、层次分析法(AHP)等方法,构建了基于AHP-模糊评价法的学生工作精品项目综合评价模型,并以浙江机电职业技术学院为例进行了实证分析。
[Abstract]:Student work boutique project cultivation is a breakthrough point for higher vocational colleges to improve students' work performance. By building a scientific and effective comprehensive evaluation system for high-quality student work, we can improve the overall level of higher vocational college student quality project cultivation. After analyzing the current situation and problems of excellent project cultivation, the expert evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method were applied to build a comprehensive evaluation model of student work boutique based on AHP- fuzzy evaluation method, and an empirical analysis was carried out with Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as an example.
