基于C-POWA算子的银行员工绩效评价方法

【摘要】:银行员工的绩效评价是银行与员工间的交流和传达未来预期效果的媒介,对银行的发展至关重要。将连续区间有序加权平均(C-OWA)算子和power平均算子相结合,提出一种连续区间power有序加权平均(CPOWA)算子,并提出了一种基于C-POWA算子的银行员工绩效考核评价方法。该方法综合考虑不同银行员工绩效考核结果之间的相关性和不同决策者对同一员工进行绩效考核得到的结果之间的相关性,使得对银行员工的绩效考核更具有客观性和公平性,而且决策者还可以根据个人的风险态度对绩效考核处理方式进行调整。最后通过某银行的员工绩效考核来说明该方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The performance evaluation of bank employees is the medium of communication between banks and employees and the communication of expected results in the future. It is very important for the development of banks to combine the continuous interval ordered weighted average operator (C-OWA) operator with the power average operator. A continuous interval power ordered weighted average operator is proposed. A C-POWA operator based performance evaluation method for bank employees is proposed, which considers the correlation between the results of performance appraisal of different bank employees and the performance of the same employee by different decision makers. The correlation between the results obtained from the review. It makes the performance evaluation of bank employees more objective and fair. And the decision maker can adjust the performance appraisal according to the personal risk attitude. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method can be demonstrated by the employee performance appraisal of a bank.
