中小学体育教师教科研现状及影响因素的研究

【摘要】:教师教科研是以解决教学实践中存在的实际问题为目的,采用科学的研究方法进行的发展教育理论、教学原则和方法,揭示教育教学规律的认知活动。本研究选取教师的内外部动机及组织层面的社会环境因素为切入点,通过采用目的性抽样和配额抽样方式,对中小学体育教师进行焦点小组访谈和问卷调查,旨在了解北京市中小学体育教师教科研现状,并试图探讨中小学体育教师教科研绩效与教科研活动参与的影响因素。本文为三项连续型研究。研究一中小学体育教师教科研现状——以北京市为例。采用焦点小组访谈,对76名一线教师进行访谈,并使用NVivo8.0软件进行质性分析,提取了19项中小学体育教师常见的教科研形式。基于形式编制问卷条目,对北京市中小学体育教师进行问卷调查,描述北京市中小学体育教师教科研现状。研究二自我决定理论视角下中小学体育教师教科研绩效的影响因素。自编《中小学体育教师教科研现状影响因素问卷》,对调查结果进行线性回归分析,搭建结构方程模型。研究三自我决定理论视角下中小学体育教师教科研活动参与的影响因素。使用相同问卷,采用线性回归分析探讨中小学体育教师教科研活动参与的影响因素并搭建结构方程模型。研究结果如下:1、中小体育教师教科研绩效主要受工作时间的影响,与工作时间呈正相关,随着年龄、职称的增长、骨干的获得而累积;20年教龄内的教师,教科研绩效与教龄成正比,20年以上教龄的教师教科研绩效有所下滑。教科研活动参与仅在骨干与非骨干教师之间差异显著。2、自我决定理论能在一定程度上解释各影响因素与教科研绩效、教科研活动参与的关系。对教科研活动参与的预测度较强,解释了近一半的方差;对教科研绩效预测力较弱,只解释了总方差的四分之一。3、信息性的组织环境是中小学体育教师教科研绩效与教科研活动参与最主要的影响因素。从对中小学体育教师教科研活动参与的影响来看,重要性依次为学习平台、教研室教科研氛围、好的教科研指导者、学校鼓励支持、领导重视度以及教科研培训机会。4、在教科研绩效影响因素的探讨中,绩效三因素模型拟合最优,信息性的社会环境因素通过影响内部动机,进而影响中小学体育教师的教科研绩效;在教科研活动参与的影响因素探讨中,参与四因素模型拟合度最优,信息性的教科研环境因素满足教师的基本心理需要,促进动机内化进而影响教科研活动的参与。
[Abstract]:Teachers' scientific research aims at solving the practical problems in teaching practice and adopts scientific research methods to develop educational theory, teaching principles and methods. This study selects teachers' internal and external motivation and social environmental factors at the organizational level as the breakthrough point, through the use of targeted sampling and quota sampling. In order to understand the current situation of teaching and research of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Beijing, we conducted focus group interviews and questionnaires to the physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools. This paper is three consecutive studies on the present situation of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools, taking Beijing as an example. The focus of this paper is to adopt the focus of the research on the teaching performance of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools and the factors affecting their participation in scientific research activities. Group interview. In this paper, 76 first-line teachers were interviewed and analyzed qualitatively with NVivo8.0 software, and 19 common forms of teaching and research were extracted. The questionnaire items were compiled based on the form. A questionnaire survey was conducted on PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Beijing. This paper describes the current situation of physical education research in primary and middle schools in Beijing, and studies the influencing factors on the performance of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools from the perspective of self-determination theory. Self-compiled questionnaire on the influencing factors of the present situation of physical Education Research in Primary and Middle School physical Education Teachers; . The results of the investigation were analyzed by linear regression analysis, and the structural equation model was set up. The factors influencing the participation of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools were studied from the perspective of the three-self-decision theory. The same questionnaire was used. Linear regression analysis was used to explore the factors influencing the participation of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools and to build a structural equation model. The results are as follows: 1. The performance of PE teachers in middle and small schools is mainly affected by working hours. Positive correlation with working time, with the increase of age, title, backbone and accumulation; The teaching and research performance of teachers in 20 years of teaching life is directly proportional to the teaching age, and the teaching performance of teachers with more than 20 years of teaching experience has declined. The participation of scientific research activities is only significantly different between the backbone and non-backbone teachers. Self-decision theory can explain to some extent the relationship between the influencing factors and educational research performance and the participation of scientific research activities. The degree of prediction of participation in scientific research activities is strong and nearly half of the variance is explained. The ability to predict the performance of scientific research is weak, which only explains 1/4. 3 of the total variance. The information organization environment is the most important factor that affects the performance of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools and their participation in scientific research activities, from the perspective of the impact on the participation of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools. The importance in turn is the learning platform, the atmosphere of teaching and research in the teaching and research department, the good guidance of scientific research and research, the encouragement and support of the school, the attention of the leadership and the training opportunity of scientific research. 4, in the discussion of the influencing factors of the performance of scientific research. The performance three factor model fits the best, the information social environment factor affects the performance of the primary and middle school physical education teachers by influencing the internal motivation; In the discussion of the influencing factors of the participation of scientific research activities, the fit degree of participating four-factor model is the best, and the informational environmental factors meet the basic psychological needs of teachers. Promote the internalization of motivation and then affect the participation of scientific research activities.
