基于AHP-FCE模型的珠海进出口公共技术服务平台运行能力评价实证研究

【摘要】：加强公共技术服务平台建设对于提高中小企业质量技术水平、增强自主创新能力、实现战略转型具有重要意义,而建立科学、完善的绩效评价体系是推动平台健康发展的有力保障。以珠海进出口公共技术服务平台为例,从建设者和使用者的视角,应用层次分析法与模糊综合评判法构建平台运行能力综合评价模型,对其2015年运行状况进行实证分析,并根据分析结果提出改进措施和建议,为平台建设运行与可持续发展提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of public technology service platform is of great significance for improving the quality and technology level of small and medium-sized enterprises, enhancing the ability of independent innovation and realizing the strategic transformation. Perfect performance evaluation system is a powerful guarantee to promote the healthy development of the platform. Take Zhuhai import and export public technology service platform as an example, from the perspective of builders and users. This paper applies AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a comprehensive evaluation model of platform operation ability, and makes an empirical analysis of its operation in 2015, and puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions according to the results of the analysis. It provides reference basis for platform construction operation and sustainable development.
