海拉车灯公司质量信息系统改进方案研究

【摘要】：长春海拉作为海拉集团在中国的标杆工厂,通过一流的产品和服务质量,还有伙伴式的合作以及高水准的专业领域知识来使客户满意,这是海拉业务活动的标准。在德国总部强大的技术背景与资源平台支持和帮助下,公司在设计、研发及实践能力领域一直处于国内车灯行业的领先水平。我们产品的零缺陷、生产能力与绩效和国际性相结合,长期确保所有客户的满意度,从而也能保证我们的竞争力。海拉的产品在过去的20年内得到了长足的发展,海拉与汽车照明系统之间有着密不可分的联系,除拥有传统的汽车照明技术卤素大灯外,并陆续推出了氙气大灯和尖端的LED照明系统。长春海拉的优秀研发团队,不仅拥有丰富的专业经验,而且为照明领域的创新解决方案提供了建设性的意见与支持。正因为拥有如此优秀的队伍,为企业产品质量奠定了坚实的开发基础。本文通过对公司质量管理信息系统流程的改进,使物料主数据采集录入、检验计划制定、批量检验、持续改进等流程得到了优化,让信息系统更好的为质量管理服务。企业加强内部与外部的质量管理,通过结合可靠的信息系统,及时追踪产品质量状况的评测结果,是实现产品质量保证和质量体系自我完善的重要途径,也是质量管理的重要一环。本文首先概述了海拉公司质量管理的现状,分析质量管理发展中存在的问题和原因,确定包括提高产品质量、降低成本、提升服务水平等要素的持续改进,并在实施前确定明确的可度量的目标,结合现有信息管理系统SAP,进一步论述企业信息管理在质量管理中的作用和职责,并通过调研分析得出系统功能性和非功能性需求。最后对于上述需求,设计总体改进方案,为企业实现零缺陷生产和提高顾客满意度的目标提供了信息保障,确保质量管理体系能持续有效地运行。在海拉的公司经营管理中,通过稳健的产品和精心选择制造方法的方式来策划产品质量,从而创建稳定的生产过程,执行适当的质量监控,保证生产过程和产品的复合型,提升员工的质量意识和专业技能。企业又利用质量管理信息系统SAP QM作为质量管理保障性工作的重要环节,不仅对监测、评价过程控制和质量管理起着不可忽视的作用,而且为企业内部的信息资源共享提供了技术平台,避免了信息在传递的过程中可能会出现的各种错误,减少了大量数据传递所需要的人工和时间。
