生鲜农产品双渠道供应链协同创新对物流服务绩效的影响

【摘要】：随着国家"互联网+农业"战略的实施与推进,生鲜农产品传统线下渠道和网络线上渠道并存的双渠道供应链成为主流趋势,面对内部渠道间的矛盾与冲突以及外部环境的动态波动,如何整合渠道优势资源,加强渠道间的合作与协调,成为双渠道供应链管理与实践的重要课题。在对福建、广东和浙江三省224家生鲜农产品企业进行实证分析基础上,探索双渠道供应链协同创新机制对物流服务创新能力和物流服务创新绩效的影响,并对环境动态性的调节效应进行了检验。研究结果表明,传统供应链创新投入、网络供应链创新投入、双渠道供应链协同创新机制对物流服务创新能力有显著正向影响;物流服务创新能力对物流服务创新绩效有显著正向影响,环境动态性及其市场竞争强度和技术变革速度在物流服务创新能力与物流服务创新绩效之间发挥着调节效应,但是市场结构波动在物流服务创新能力与物流服务创新绩效之间的调节作用不显著。研究结果明确了双渠道供应链系统协同创新对物流服务绩效的作用机理、影响路径和环境干预,可为"互联网+"时代双渠道供应链系统的合作与协调提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the implementation and promotion of the national strategy of "Internet agriculture", the supply chain of traditional offline and online channels of fresh agricultural products has become the mainstream trend. Facing the contradictions and conflicts between the internal channels and the dynamic fluctuation of the external environment, how to integrate the superior resources of the channels and strengthen the cooperation and coordination among the channels. On the basis of empirical analysis of 224 fresh agricultural products enterprises in Fujian, Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces. This paper explores the effects of collaborative innovation mechanism of supply chain on logistics service innovation ability and logistics service innovation performance, and tests the adjustment effect of environmental dynamics. The results show that. The traditional supply chain innovation investment, the network supply chain innovation investment, the double channel supply chain collaborative innovation mechanism have the remarkable positive influence to the logistics service innovation ability; Logistics service innovation ability has a significant positive impact on logistics service innovation performance. Environmental dynamics, market competition intensity and technological change speed play a regulatory role between logistics service innovation ability and logistics service innovation performance. However, market structure fluctuation is not significant in the regulation between logistics service innovation ability and logistics service innovation performance. The research results clarify the mechanism of collaborative innovation of two-channel supply chain system on logistics service performance. The influence path and environmental intervention can provide reference for the cooperation and coordination of the double channel supply chain system in the "Internet" era.
