小微企业创业者胜任力、自我效能感与企业绩效的关系研究

【摘要】:这是一个鼓励大众创业、万众创新的时代,但企业的平均寿命并不长。研究表明,小微企业平均寿命不足三年,由此提高企业绩效成为人提高小微企业存活率的关键因素。通过对前人的研究梳理发现,在影响小微企业绩效的诸多因素中,创业者的胜任力和自我效能感的作用不可小觑。在文献分析的基础上,本研究将小微企业创业者的胜任力、小微企业创业者的自我效能感进行了界定。选取有良好信效度的主观绩效量表、创业自我效能感量表和创业者自评胜任力量表,作为考察本研究三个变量间关系的工具。通过重庆市微型企业协会选取239名小微企业作为研究对象,对收集到的数据进行单因素方差分析、独立样本T检验、相关分析、偏相关分析和多元回归分析,结果发现:第一,小微企业创业者的胜任力、自我效能感、企业绩效之间显著相关:创业者胜任力总体与企业绩效相关系数为r=0.71,P0.001;创业者自我效能感总体与企业绩效的相关系数为R=0.67,P0.001;创业者胜任力与自我效能感的相关系数为r=0.625,P0.001。第二,小微企业创业者的自我效能感在其胜任力与其企业绩效中具有中介中用(B=0.415,p0.001)。在将小微企业创业者的自我效能感作为一个整体进行分析时,它在小微企业创业者胜任力与其企业绩效间具有部分中介作用;在对自我效能感的五个维度分别分析时也分别在小微企业创业者胜任力与企业绩效间具有部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:This is an age of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, but the average life span of a company is not long. Research shows that the average life span of a small and micro enterprise is less than three years. Therefore, improving enterprise performance becomes the key factor to improve the survival rate of small and micro enterprises. By combing the previous studies, it is found that, among the many factors that affect the performance of small and micro enterprises, The role of entrepreneurs' competence and self-efficacy can not be underestimated. The subjective performance scale with good reliability and validity, the entrepreneurial self-efficacy scale and the self-rating competency scale of entrepreneurs were selected. As a tool to investigate the relationship between the three variables in this study, 239 small and micro enterprises were selected by Chongqing Microenterprise Association as the research object, and the collected data were analyzed by single factor variance analysis, independent sample T test and correlation analysis. The results of partial correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis show that: first, the competency and self-efficacy of small and micro entrepreneurs, There was significant correlation between enterprise performance: the correlation coefficient between entrepreneur competence and enterprise performance was 0.71% (P 0.001); the correlation coefficient between entrepreneur self-efficacy and enterprise performance was 0.67% (P 0.001); the correlation coefficient between entrepreneur competence and self-efficacy was r (0.625) (P 0.001); second, the correlation coefficient between entrepreneur's self-efficacy and enterprise performance was 0.67% (P 0.001), and the correlation coefficient between entrepreneur's competence and enterprise performance was 0.67% (P 0.001). The sense of self-efficacy of small and micro enterprise entrepreneurs is intermediate between their competence and their enterprise performance. In the analysis of the self-efficacy of small and micro entrepreneurs as a whole, the self-efficacy of small and micro entrepreneurs is analyzed as a whole. It plays a part intermediary role between the competence of small and micro enterprise entrepreneur and its enterprise performance, and also plays a part intermediary role between the competence of small and micro enterprise entrepreneur and the enterprise performance when the five dimensions of self-efficacy are analyzed separately.
