自然科学基金项目获奖的影响因素与对策研究——基于1989-2010年浙江省自然科学基金项目的分析

【摘要】：浙江省自然科学基金项目的获奖情况是浙江省基础研究实施绩效的重要指标之一。为了解浙江省自然科学基金项目的获奖情况及影响因素,采用SPSS19.0等软件分析了浙江省1989-2010年浙江省自然科学基金获奖项目的基本特征,采用单因素与多因素logistic回归分析,认为教育程度、年龄、资助金额是获奖的主要影响因素,并从经费资助对象、资助额度等方面为浙江省基础研究的政策制订提供依据。
[Abstract]:The award of natural science foundation project in Zhejiang Province is one of the important indicators of the performance of basic research in Zhejiang Province. In order to understand the winning situation and influencing factors of natural science foundation project in Zhejiang Province, This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of Zhejiang Province Natural Science Foundation award-winning project from 1989 to 2010 by using SPSS19.0 and other softwares. By using univariate and multi-factor logistic regression analysis, it is concluded that education level, age and amount of financial aid are the main influencing factors of the award. It also provides the basis for the policy making of basic research in Zhejiang Province from the aspects of the object of funding and the amount of subsidy.
