基于量化的绩效考核模式在美国的应用及其启示

【摘要】:RBRVS在美国得到了广泛的研究与应用,实践表明能较好地反映医师的工作量、技术难度和风险程度等,可以作为一种有效评定医师绩效薪酬的工具。RBRVS在我国有着较好的应用前景,医院在实践中应做好RBRVS的本土化、信息化建设以及指标体系构建等工作,以实现医疗卫生事业的持续发展。
[Abstract]:RBRVS has been widely studied and applied in the United States. The practice shows that it can well reflect the workload, technical difficulty and risk degree of physicians, and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate doctors' performance compensation. RBRVS has a good application prospect in China. In practice, hospitals should do well in the localization of RBRVS, the construction of information system and the construction of index system, so as to realize the sustainable development of medical and health services.
