基于SCP范式的低碳住宅政策调控机制分析

【摘要】：以低碳住宅作为研究对象,借助产业组织理论中的SCP分析范式分析已有的低碳住宅政策体系对产业绩效的影响,剖析低碳住宅政策体系影响住宅产业绩效的传导机制,采用固定效应的面板数据模型考察政策强度对技术创新及产业绩效的影响并进行实证分析。在此基础上,建立起符合我国国情的区域发展的低碳住宅调控机制,为相关政策的制定与执行提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Taking low carbon housing as the research object, this paper analyzes the influence of the existing low carbon housing policy system on the industrial performance with the help of the SCP analysis paradigm in the industrial organization theory, and analyzes the transmission mechanism of the low carbon housing policy system affecting the housing industry performance. The panel data model with fixed effect is used to investigate the impact of policy intensity on technological innovation and industrial performance. On the basis of this, a low carbon housing regulation mechanism suitable for the regional development of our country is established. To provide some reference for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies.
