旅游公共服务供给评价研究——以京津冀地区游客为例

【摘要】：为了适应和引领经济发展的新常态,旅游业在加快转变发展方式的过程中,需要着力推进供给侧的改革。面对旅游者日益增长且升级变化的需求,现阶段我国旅游公共服务在供给水平和供给效率方面显得相对不足。因而,针对旅游公共服务在需求侧和供给侧所显现出来的矛盾,本研究选取了京津冀地区的游客作为样本进行研究问卷调查,在调研数据的基础上,从旅游者的需求入手了解其对旅游公共服务重要性和绩效性评价,并采用IPA分析法构建了四象限方格图,根据旅游者的评分对旅游公共服务进行了分区,分析和总结了每个象限内的旅游公共服务供给的特点和未来应对其采取的对策。为未来旅游公共服务供给效率的提升以及旅游公共服务供给体系的改进和完善提供了有效的依据。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to and lead the new normal of economic development, the tourism industry needs to push forward supply-side reform in the process of speeding up the transformation of development mode. At present, the tourism public service in our country is relatively insufficient in terms of supply level and supply efficiency. Therefore, in view of the contradiction between the demand side and the supply side of tourism public service, This study selected tourists from Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as a sample to conduct a questionnaire survey, based on the survey data, from the needs of tourists to understand the importance of tourism public service and performance evaluation. The four-quadrant grid is constructed by using IPA analysis method, and the public service of tourism is divided according to the tourists' scores. This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of tourism public service supply in each quadrant and the countermeasures to be taken in the future. It also puts forward some suggestions for improving the efficiency of tourism public service supply and the improvement and perfection of tourism public service supply system in the future. It provides an effective basis.
