复杂产品系统模块化分解模型及应用研究

【摘要】:模块化设计开发技术能够实现复杂产品系统(CoPS)的柔性制造,科学合理的模块化分解将会降低CoPS开发的管理难度和制造成本。在分析产品系统模块化理论的基础上,总结了CoPS的模块化处理流程,列举了CoPS的模块化分解原则,提出了CoPS的模块化分解程度的计算模型,研究并建立了系统模块化与企业绩效的相关性分析模型,并探索了模型的最佳应用实践。以电网广域监测分析控制系统(WARMAP)为例,论述了在影响因素众多的情况下,运用模块化分解模型进行计算后,WARMAP分解为4大功能模块,极大缩短了系统的研发周期,提高了研发质量,充分验证了模块化分解模型的有效性,以期为企业产品模块化设计提供理论指导和决策借鉴。
[Abstract]:The modular design technology can realize the complex product system (CoPS) of the flexible manufacturing, modular scientific and reasonable decomposition will reduce the difficulty and cost management of manufacturing CoPS development. Based on the analysis of product modular system theory, summarizes the processing flow of CoPS modules, enumerates the modular CoPS decomposition principle presents the calculation model of modular CoPS decomposition degree, research and analysis model of correlation between modular system and enterprise performance, and explore the best practice model. With the wide area measurement analysis control system (WARMAP) as an example, discusses the influence factors in many cases, decomposition model was calculated by modular, WARMAP is divided into 4 functional modules, greatly shorten the system development cycle, improve the quality of research and development, the result verifies the validity of the model, in order for the enterprise The modular design of products provides theoretical guidance and decision-making for reference.
