【摘要】：绩效考核是企业绩效管理中的一个环节,是指考核主体对照工作目标和绩效标准,采用科学的考核方式,评定员工的工作任务完成情况、员工的工作职责履行程度和员工的发展情况,并且将评定结果反馈给员工的过程。交通银行四川省分行作为交通银行省直分行之一,将国际主流的绩效管理工具和自身紧密结合,经过二十八年的积极探索,逐步建立起了一套科学、高效的绩效考核体系。但随着宏观经济的变化、利率市场化的推进和互联网金融对传统银行业商业模式的冲击,商业银行的经营理念已经变化,经营模式正在从传统银行业务向投资银行、财富管理加速转变。原有的交通银行四川省分行的绩效考核体系出现了一些问题,在一定程度上影响了员工的工作积极性和工作效率,不能适应市场的快速变化。因此,本文希望通过对交通银行四川分行绩效考核体系进行系统总结,找出其中存在的问题,并对问题进行成因分析,在此基础上对原有的绩效考核体系进行优化设计,提出优化方案。本文以绩效考核相关理论为基础,首先对商业银行绩效考核的主要方法和模式进行探讨,其次,客观阐述了交通银行四川省分行的实际情况,对其绩效考核体系的现状进行分析,并结合理论和业务发展的实际需要,对交通银行四川省分行的绩效考核体系进行优化设计。最后,为保障绩效考核优化方案的有效实施,提出了若干建议和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal is a link in enterprise performance management. It refers to the main body of the appraisal to compare the work target and the performance standard, adopt the scientific appraisal method, assess the work task of the staff to complete the situation, The degree of performance of the employee's job responsibilities and the employee's development, and feedback of the evaluation results to the employee's process. The Sichuan Branch of the Bank of Communications is one of the provincial branches of the Bank of Communications, Combining the international mainstream performance management tools with itself, and after 28 years of active exploration, a scientific and efficient performance appraisal system has been gradually established. However, with the change of macro economy, With the promotion of interest rate marketization and the impact of Internet finance on the traditional banking business model, the business philosophy of commercial banks has changed, and the business model is changing from traditional banking business to investment banking. The change of wealth management is accelerating. There are some problems in the performance appraisal system of Sichuan Branch of Bank of Communications, which to some extent affect the enthusiasm and efficiency of the employees, and can not adapt to the rapid changes of the market. This paper hopes to systematically summarize the performance appraisal system of Sichuan Branch of Bank of Communications, find out the existing problems, and analyze the causes of the problems, and on this basis, optimize the design of the original performance appraisal system. Based on the theory of performance appraisal, this paper first discusses the main methods and models of performance appraisal of commercial banks, secondly, objectively expounds the actual situation of Sichuan Branch of Bank of Communications. This paper analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal system and designs the performance appraisal system of Sichuan Branch of Bank of Communications in order to ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal optimization scheme. Some suggestions and safeguards are put forward.
