中间业务对农行M分行经营绩效的影响分析

【摘要】：农行M分行近10年来的中间业务发展势头良好,中间业务收入规模和中间业务收入占比一直是稳步上升。这可能与农行M分行所在地区人们生活水平的提高以及银行业的面临的发展环境有关。基于此,为了进一步了解农行M分行中间业务对银行经营绩效的影响程度,进一步分析影响农行M分行中间业务发展的具体影响因子,本文先用因子分析法对银行的经营绩效进行测度,然后利用上述因子分析法得出的绩效结果利用回归模型具体分析中间业务对银行经营绩效的影响程度,并根据数据分析的结果提出相应的意见和建议。本文以农行M分行为研究对象,选取时间为2007到2016这10年的跨度。首先,基于因子分析法,通过选取的13个具体指标测算出各个指标对银行经营绩效的绩效得分值。再用面板数据回归模型分析分析中间业务对银行经营绩效的贡献程度,进而得出相关的经济解释。最后,本文根据分析结果,针对M行中间业务和银行的经营绩效方面提出一些意见和建议,这具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The intermediary business of Agricultural Bank M Branch has been developing well in the past 10 years. The size of the intermediary business revenue and the proportion of the intermediate business income have been steadily rising. This may be related to the improvement of the living standards of people in the area where ABC M branch is located and the development environment facing the banking industry. In order to further understand the influence degree of the intermediary business of Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) M branch on the management performance of the bank, and further analyze the specific factors that affect the development of the intermediate business of Agricultural Bank M Branch, this paper uses the factor analysis method to measure the management performance of the bank. Then using the results obtained by the above factor analysis, the regression model is used to analyze the impact of intermediate business on the performance of banks. According to the results of data analysis, the paper puts forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions. This paper takes Agricultural Bank M Branch as the research object, and selects the span of 10 years from 2007 to 2016. Firstly, based on factor analysis, By selecting 13 specific indicators to calculate the performance of each index on the performance of the bank's performance score. Then using panel data regression model to analyze the contribution of intermediate business to the bank's operating performance. Finally, according to the analysis results, this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions on M Bank intermediate business and bank management performance, which has certain practical significance.
