住院医生工作站子系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:我国的医疗卫生行业信息化市场规模逐年递增。HIS系统的有效运行,将显著提高医院的服务质量与服务水平。济南市传染病医院原运行的病房HIS系统为2001年开始运行使用,当时仅为满足一日清所使用。系统运行至今已不能满足日益复杂的需求,为填补该功能缺陷,决定开发HIS住院医生工作站子系统。通过对本市几家医院的调查和分析,借鉴成功的经验教训,合理规划重构工作流程,实现新住院医嘱系统与电子病历、药房系统、LIS、PACS、门诊系统的无缝连接。遵循工程化开发流程,结合UML和模式理论,规范系统需求分析和设计过程,系统采用微软 Windows Server 2008+IIS,ASP.NET,SQL Server 2008 架构,使用Visual Studio 2003(C#)进行代码实现。为保证系统的可靠性和稳定性,将数据层、应用层和业务层分离。数据库服务器将实现双机热备、异地备份,保证数据安全;为应用服务器配置虚拟备份服务器,出现问题时可快速手工切换,保证业务正常运行;业务层面主要在医生工作站上部署B/S客户端。系统主要实现了四部分功能:医嘱管理、数据查询、主诊负责人设置及辅助功能。医嘱管理模块主要功能是协助医生完成电子医嘱的录入,实现住院医疗基础数据的采集,为之后的护士、药房、医技操作奠定基础。数据查询模块主要功能是完成各类数据的查询工作,辅助医生对诊疗方案的决策。主诊负责人模块主要功能是实现住院病人的主诊负责人设置,将医院绩效考核精确到人。辅助功能主要有LIS化验单打印、危急值提醒、电子病历接口、合理用药接口、院内感染控制系统接口等。住院HIS系统升级后,逐步实现统一高效,资源整合,互联互通,信息共享,透明公开,使用便捷的信息网络系统。扎实推进医院信息化工作再上新台阶,使我院真正成为现代化的"数字化医院"。
[Abstract]:The effective operation of our country's medical and health industry information market scale is increasing year by year. His system will obviously improve the service quality and service level of the hospital. The HIS system in the ward of Jinan Infectious Disease Hospital was put into operation in 2001. At that time, the system was only used to meet the needs of Yizhouqing. The system has not been able to meet the increasingly complex requirements. In order to fill the functional defect, it was decided to develop the HIS resident doctor workstation subsystem. Through the investigation and analysis of several hospitals in this city, Using the successful experience and lessons for reference, rational planning and reconstructing the workflow, realizing the seamless connection between the new inpatient medical advice system and the electronic medical record, the pharmacy system and the out-patient system, followed the engineering development process, combined with the UML and the pattern theory. In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the system, the system adopts Microsoft Windows Server 2008 IIS ASP. Net SQL Server 2008 architecture and uses Visual Studio 2003 C#to implement the system requirement analysis and design process. Application layer and business layer are separated. The database server will realize double computer hot standby, remote backup, ensure data security, configure virtual backup server for application server, can switch quickly and manually when problems occur, and ensure the normal operation of business. The business level mainly deploys the B / S client on the doctor workstation. The system mainly implements four functions: doctor's order management, data query, The main function of the medical advice management module is to assist doctors to complete the input of electronic medical orders, to realize the collection of basic data of medical care in hospital, for the nurses, pharmacies, The main function of the data query module is to complete all kinds of data query and assist the doctor to make decision on the diagnosis and treatment plan. The auxiliary functions include printing of LIS test sheet, warning of critical value, electronic medical record interface, rational drug use interface, hospital infection control system interface, etc. After the upgrade of HIS system in hospital, the unified and efficient system can be realized step by step. Resources integration, interconnection, information sharing, transparency and openness, convenient use of information network system, solid promotion of hospital information work to a new level, so that our hospital truly become a modern "digital hospital".
