基于平衡计分卡的I银行泉州分行绩效管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着金融体制改革步伐的加快和改革力度的增强,中国城市商业银行业务快速发展,同时也面临更加激烈的市场竞争和挑战。城商行不仅要面对五大国有股份制银行的竞争,还要面对外资银行激烈竞争,如何更好地抓住市场化经济体制的机遇,发展自我,不仅需要为城商行客户打造更多样化的金融服务,也要求城商行严格按照绩效管理体系的目标,打造一套自上而下、横纵结合的科学绩效管理体系,以便更好地提高市场应变效率,营造健康机制,创造良好的表现。本次论文的研究对象是中国城市商业银行,根据以上背景,论文首先介绍了本文的研究背景及意义等内容,并对论文的研究特色及创新之处作简要分析;其次,对绩效管理和平衡计分卡的相关理论作简要概述,比较平衡计分卡与传统绩效管理方法的区别,分析平衡计分卡的优势;第三,以I行泉州分行为例,针对其目前绩效管理情况的现状及存在的问题,探索在该行运用平衡计分卡进行绩效管理的必要性和可行性;第四,探索I银行泉州分行基于平衡计分卡的绩效管理体系的构建,主要根据I银行泉州分行的战略目标,从财务、顾客、内部流程、学习和发展维度找出关键成功因素并设计关键绩效指标及权重,从而建立平衡计分卡绩效管理方案;第五,简要分析基于平衡计分卡的I银行泉州分行绩效管理得以实施的保障措施,主要从组织保障、强化理念、提高员工参与度等方面构建实施平衡计分卡的保障措施;最后,总结本文的研究结论,并提出相应展望。论文基于平衡计分卡的角度,以I银行泉州分行为例,为其量身打造一套全新的绩效管理体系,有利于创建更加全面的城商行绩效管理指标体系,加快实现城商行的战略目标,为城商行绩效管理体系的改进提供借鉴和参考,实现经营管理的健康发展,使其在金融机构的竞争中处于不败之地。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of the reform of the financial system and the strengthening of the reform, the business of China's urban commercial banks has developed rapidly. At the same time, it also faces more fierce market competition and challenges. City Commercial Bank faces not only the competition from the five state-owned joint-stock banks, but also the fierce competition from foreign banks. How to better seize the opportunities of the market-oriented economic system and develop itself, We not only need to create more diversified financial services for our customers, but also require them to build a scientific performance management system based on top-down, horizontal and vertical integration in strict accordance with the objectives of the performance management system. In order to improve the market response efficiency, build a healthy mechanism and create a good performance. The research object of this paper is China City Commercial Bank. According to the above background, the paper first introduces the research background and significance of this paper. Secondly, it briefly summarizes the relevant theories of performance management and balanced scorecard, compares the differences between balanced scorecard and traditional performance management methods, and analyzes the advantages of balanced scorecard. Third, taking I line Quanzhou branch as an example, aiming at the current situation and existing problems of performance management, this paper explores the necessity and feasibility of using balanced scorecard for performance management in the bank. 4th, To explore the construction of performance management system based on balanced Scorecard in Quanzhou Branch of Bank I, mainly according to the strategic objectives of Quanzhou Branch of Bank I, from the financial, customer, internal process, Learning and development dimensions identify key success factors and design key performance indicators and weights to establish a balanced scorecard performance management scheme; 5th, This paper briefly analyzes the guarantee measures for the performance management of Quanzhou Branch of Bank I based on balanced Scorecard, mainly from the aspects of organizational security, strengthening concept, enhancing employee participation and so on. Based on the balanced Scorecard, this paper takes Quanzhou Branch of Bank I as an example to create a new performance management system. It will help to establish a more comprehensive performance management index system of city commercial banks, accelerate the realization of the strategic objectives of city commercial banks, provide reference and reference for the improvement of the performance management system of city commercial banks, and realize the healthy development of operation and management. Put it in an invincible position in the competition of financial institutions.
