基于家庭医生工作室标化工作量的绩效管理应用研究

【摘要】:目的:通过标化工作量,对家庭医生工作室工作进行绩效管理,科学、动态地衡量员工工作行为和效果。方法:采取文献检索、小组访谈、专家咨询等方式,在家庭医生服务包的基础上确立24类65项服务项目,采取以时间为主的标化法,确立工作量化指标、绩效考核内容及方法并实施。结果:将标化工作量前后工作人员(家庭医生及其助手)工作量、绩效、服务效率同比,均有不同程度提高。结论:标化工作量对家庭医生医护组合进行绩效管理,可明显提高工作量、服务效率和绩效,有助于激发工作人员的积极性和潜能,符合社区卫生服务改革的需要,具有科学性、可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to scientifically and dynamically measure the work behavior and effect of family doctors' workshop through standardized workload. Methods: through literature retrieval, group interview, expert consultation, etc. On the basis of the family doctor service package, 24 types of 65 service items were established, and a time-oriented standardized method was adopted to establish quantitative work indicators. Results: the workload, performance and service efficiency of the staff (family doctors and their assistants) before and after the standardized workload were compared with that of the former. Conclusion: the standardized workload can obviously improve the workload, service efficiency and performance of family doctors and nurses, and help to stimulate the enthusiasm and potential of the staff. It meets the needs of community health service reform and is scientific, feasible and effective.
