新兴技术企业协同创新驱动因素及绩效研究

【摘要】：：新兴技术企业持续竞争力的获得必须依靠不断地技术创新。为了促进新兴技术研发,国家和政府鼓励以协同创新的方式组织研发,以此来推动国家技术、经济实力的提升。新兴技术企业参与协同创新的意愿是实施协同创新行为的前提,这种创新意愿的产生受到多重因素的影响。因此,随着新兴技术企业技术研发问题受到的关注越来越多,对协同创新的驱动因素的研究也逐渐成为焦点。本文对新兴技术以及新兴技术企业、协同创新以及创新驱动因素的相关研究文献进行了梳理,分析新兴技术企业参与协同创新的驱动因素。通过文献研究和企业访谈,提出新兴技术企业协同创新的内外部驱动因素,其外部驱动因素主要有技术因素、市场因素和政策因素,而内部驱动因素主要有研发能力、协作能力、网络关系和创新意愿。在此基础上,以协同创新绩效作为反应变量来衡量这些因素的驱动效果,并选取协同创新组织形式作为调节变量,提出相应的概念模型和研究假设。在信度和效度分析的基础上,提取相关变量的因子；运用结构方程模型,对关键变量进行验证性因子分析,对提出的研究假设和模型进行了检验；依据检验结果对模型进行修正。实证结果表明：技术因素、市场因素、研发能力、协作能力、网络关系以及创新意愿直接显著影响协同创新绩效；政策因素间接显著影响协同创新绩效；协同创新组织形式显著调节研发能力、协作能力以及创新意愿与协同创新绩效之间的关系。通过结果讨论,证实这些驱动因素对新兴技术企业参与协同创新具有正向影响。图11幅,表45个,参考文献174篇。
[Abstract]:: the acquisition of sustainable competitiveness of emerging technology enterprises must depend on continuous technological innovation. In order to promote research and development of emerging technologies, countries and governments encourage the organization of research and development in a collaborative and innovative manner to promote national technology, The willingness of emerging technology enterprises to participate in collaborative innovation is the premise of implementing collaborative innovation behavior, which is influenced by many factors. With the increasing attention paid to the technology research and development of emerging technology enterprises, the research on the drivers of collaborative innovation has gradually become the focus. This paper reviews the relevant research papers on emerging technology and emerging technology enterprises, collaborative innovation and the drivers of innovation, and analyzes the driving factors of emerging technology enterprises to participate in collaborative innovation. The paper puts forward the internal and external driving factors of collaborative innovation in emerging technology enterprises. The external drivers are mainly technological factors, market factors and policy factors, while the internal drivers are mainly R & D capability and cooperative ability. On the basis of this, the driving effect of these factors is measured by collaborative innovation performance as a response variable, and the organizational form of collaborative innovation is selected as the adjustment variable, and the corresponding conceptual model and research hypothesis are put forward. On the basis of reliability and validity analysis, the factors of related variables are extracted, the key variables are verified by structural equation model, and the proposed research hypotheses and models are tested. The empirical results show that: technology factors, market factors, R & D capabilities, collaboration capabilities, network relationships and innovation willingness directly affect the performance of collaborative innovation; Policy factors indirectly significantly affect collaborative innovation performance; collaborative innovation organizational form significantly regulates the relationship between R & D capability, collaborative ability and innovation willingness and collaborative innovation performance. It is confirmed that these drivers have a positive impact on the participation of emerging technology firms in collaborative innovation. Figure 11, table 45, reference 174.
