基于企业基因重组的模块化制造网络对新产品绩效的影响

【摘要】:随着信息技术的不断发展,产品的复杂程度也在不断加深。由于交易成本的不断下降,能力要素跨企业配置的成本也在不断减少,企业基因重组通过将具备优势的能力要素跨价值链整合,从而创造出新的价值产品,这在一定程度上会有利于模块化制造网络的形成,提升企业的价值产出。企业能力要素作为单独模块能够自由组合优化模块化制造网络的松散耦合度,实现产品多样化,满足顾客多元化需求。但是,企业基因重组是如何通过模块化制造网络影响新产品绩效?以及模块化制造网络的具体衡量维度有哪些?等等都是本文需要探讨的问题。首先,本文在研究国内外文献的基础上对企业基因重组、模块化制造网络等相关理论进行了综述,发现企业基因实际上是能力要素单元,能力要素的重组在一定程度上能够促进模块化制造网络的形成,从而提升新产品绩效。但是,现有的研究大多是定性研究,实证研究相对匮乏。本文采用实证研究的方法,探讨了企业基因重组能否促进模块化制造网络的形成,模块化制造网络是否可以有效的促进新产品绩效的提升,以及模块化制造网络能否作为中介变量来影响企业基因重组与模块化制造网络的关系,与此同时还分析了市场竞争强度在模块化制造网络与新产品绩效二者关系中的调节作用。依据现有的研究现状,构建了本文的概念模型,进而提出了相关的研究假设。其次,本文针对相关变量进行了问卷设计,并在河南省内100家制造业和省外60家制造业进行问卷发放和回收,通过SPSS21.0对样本数据进行统计分析,其次对统计分析结果进行讨论,最后进行假设检验。本文得出的主要结论如下:1.本文提出的概念模型成立;2.企业基因重组与模块化制造网络之间存在正相关关系;3.企业基因重组与新产品绩效之间存在正相关关系;4.模块化制造网络与新产品绩效之间存在正相关关系;5.企业基因重组能够通过模块化制造网络这一间接途径影响新产品绩效;6.市场竞争强度对模块化制造网络与新产品绩效的关系有调节作用。最后,针对本文的研究提出了本文的创新点和研究不足之处,同时对未来的研究方向提供了一些参考性建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information technology, the complexity of products is also deepening.As transaction costs continue to decline, the cost of cross-enterprise allocation of competency elements is also decreasing. Enterprise genetic reengineering creates new value products by integrating capability elements with advantages across value chains.To a certain extent, this will be conducive to the formation of modular manufacturing networks and enhance the value output of enterprises.As a single module, enterprise capability elements can freely combine to optimize the loose coupling degree of modular manufacturing network, realize product diversification, and meet the diversified needs of customers.However, how does corporate genetic reengineering affect the performance of new products through modular manufacturing networks?And what are the specific dimensions of modular manufacturing networks?And so on is the question which this article needs to discuss.First of all, based on the research of domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes the related theories of enterprise gene recombination, modular manufacturing network and so on, and finds that enterprise gene is actually a capability element unit.To a certain extent, the reorganization of capability factors can promote the formation of modular manufacturing networks and improve the performance of new products.However, most of the existing research is qualitative, empirical research is relatively scarce.In this paper, the empirical research method is used to explore whether gene recombination can promote the formation of modular manufacturing network, and whether modular manufacturing network can effectively promote the performance of new products.And whether the modularized manufacturing network can act as an intermediary variable to influence the relationship between the enterprise gene recombination and the modular manufacturing network. At the same time, it also analyzes the regulatory role of the market competition intensity in the relationship between the modular manufacturing network and the performance of the new product.According to the present research situation, the conceptual model of this paper is constructed, and the relevant research hypotheses are put forward.Secondly, this paper designed the questionnaire for the related variables, and issued and recovered the questionnaire in 100 manufacturing industries in Henan Province and 60 manufacturing industries outside the province, then analyzed the sample data by SPSS21.0, and then discussed the results of the statistical analysis.Finally, the hypothesis test is carried out.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.The conceptual model proposed in this paper is established.There is a positive correlation between gene recombination and modular manufacturing network.There is a positive correlation between enterprise gene recombination and new product performance.There is a positive correlation between modular manufacturing network and new product performance.Enterprise genetic recombination can affect the performance of new products by modularized manufacturing network.Market competition intensity regulates the relationship between modular manufacturing networks and new product performance.Finally, this paper puts forward the innovation and deficiency of this paper, and provides some reference suggestions for the future research direction.
