国际化与绩效提升:基于Meta整合与Meta回归两种方法的研究

【摘要】:本文采用结果整合式的Meta整合分析与原因探索式的Meta回归分析相结合的方法,以国际化-绩效的相关系数为效应值,对1987-2016年的61篇重要文献、涉及的116个效应值、78 440个企业样本进行了定量研究,结论如下:应用Meta整合方法合并已有经验分析结果得到的总体估计表明,国际化与绩效显著正相关;调节因素太多是导致国际化-绩效关系研究结论不一的重要原因,因此本文进一步应用Meta回归方法探索了11种调节因素。这一定量文献研究不仅有助于解决现有理论争议、整合分析国际化绩效的研究进展,也有助于未来的理论探索、为进一步揭示两者关系机制奠定基础,同时提供了一个比较新颖全面的定量文献分析框架。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the method of combining the Meta integration analysis of result integration with the Meta regression analysis of cause exploration, taking the correlation coefficient of internationalization and performance as the effect value, and comparing 61 important articles from 1987 to 2016.A quantitative study of the 116 effect values of 78,440 enterprises was carried out. The conclusions are as follows: the overall estimate obtained by combining the existing empirical analysis results with the Meta integration method shows that internationalization is significantly positively correlated with performance;Too many factors of adjustment are the important reasons for the different conclusions of the international-performance relationship, so this paper further uses the Meta regression method to explore 11 kinds of regulatory factors.It is not only helpful to solve the existing theoretical disputes and integrate the research progress of internationalization performance, but also conducive to the theoretical exploration in the future, which lays the foundation for further revealing the mechanism of the relationship between the two.At the same time, a novel and comprehensive quantitative literature analysis framework is provided.
