异质知识网络、管理创新与企业新产品开发绩效关系研究

【摘要】：近些年,越来越多的企业认识到,相比于技术创新,管理创新是从整体上提高企业绩效并促进企业形成核心竞争力的重要源泉。囿于企业自身的资源和能力的限制,很多企业在进行管理创新时将自己嵌入到周围的“网络”中来获得更多的知识和技能。现有文献中关于网络的研究多数从网络结构视角和网络关系视角出发,探讨网络密度、网络规模、网络中心性、网络关系强度、结构洞等对企业创新的影响,强调占据优势网络位置对企业进行创新活动的积极影响,而忽视了知识的不同内容属性对管理创新的影响。本文通过文献阅读和梳理研究,从知识的内容视角出发,构建异质知识网络、管理创新与新产品开发绩效的概念框架,并且引入潜在吸收能力作为调节变量,探讨其在异质知识网络、管理创新与新产品开发绩效作用机制中发挥的调节效应。本文选择广东省创新型企业作为调查对象,通过问卷调查获得一手数据,经过实证研究表明:第一,异质知识网络、管理创新均对企业新产品开发绩效有显著的正向影响。第二,管理创新在异质知识网络与新产品开发绩效关系中起一定的中介作用,具体而言,管理创新在技术知识网络与新产品开发绩效中起部分中介作用;在管理知识网络与新产品开发绩效关系中起完全中介作用;而在市场知识网络与新产品开发绩效关系中则不起中介作用。第三,潜在吸收能力的调节作用因路径而异,表现在:(1)潜在吸收能力在管理知识网络影响管理创新的过程中起到了明显的正向调节作用,但在技术知识网络影响管理创新及市场知识网络影响管理创新过程中并没有发挥调节作用;(2)潜在吸收能力在管理创新影响新产品开发绩效过程中起到了明显的正向调节作用。本研究的实证结果丰富并拓展了异质知识网络、管理创新与新产品开发绩效的研究领域,并且对于企业如何通过吸收不同类别的知识来提升管理创新和新产品开发绩效有一定启示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more enterprises realize that compared with technological innovation, management innovation is an important source to improve corporate performance and promote the formation of core competitiveness.Due to the limitation of enterprise's own resources and ability, many enterprises embed themselves into the surrounding "network" to acquire more knowledge and skills when carrying out management innovation.Most of the researches on network in the existing literature are based on the perspective of network structure and network relationship, and discuss the influence of network density, network scale, network centrality, network relationship intensity, structure hole and so on on enterprise innovation.It emphasizes the positive influence of occupying the dominant network position on the innovation activities of enterprises, but neglects the influence of different content attributes of knowledge on management innovation.Through literature reading and combing, this paper constructs a conceptual framework of heterogeneous knowledge network, management innovation and new product development performance from the perspective of knowledge content, and introduces potential absorptive capacity as a regulating variable.This paper discusses its regulatory effects in heterogeneous knowledge networks, management innovation and performance mechanisms of new product development.In this paper, innovative enterprises in Guangdong Province are selected as survey objects, and primary data are obtained through questionnaire survey. The empirical research shows that: first, heterogeneous knowledge networks and management innovation have significant positive effects on the performance of new product development of enterprises.Second, management innovation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between heterogeneous knowledge network and the performance of new product development. Specifically, management innovation plays a part of intermediary role in the performance of technology knowledge network and new product development.It plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship between management knowledge network and the performance of new product development, but not in the relationship between market knowledge network and new product development performance.Thirdly, the regulatory role of potential absorptive capacity varies with the path, which is manifested in: 1) potential absorptive capacity plays a significant positive role in the process of management innovation influenced by management knowledge networks.However, in the process of technological knowledge network influencing management innovation and market knowledge network influencing management innovation, the potential absorptive capacity plays an obvious positive role in the process of management innovation affecting the performance of new product development.The empirical results of this study enrich and expand the research fields of heterogeneous knowledge network, management innovation and performance of new product development.And how to absorb different types of knowledge to improve management innovation and new product development performance.
