【摘要】：污水收集管网作为城市重要基础设施,是提高污水处理效率、提升水环境质量的关键。在当前深圳市全面推进污水管网建设的形势下,开展污水管网建设绩效考核对于推动建设进度、保障建设质量、体现建设效果具有非常重要的意义。结合深圳污水管网建设现状,建立了科学完善的污水管网建设绩效考核评价体系。该体系本着"肯定成效、发现不足"的原则,采用定性与定量相结合的方式,实现了数量、质量和效果三重考核,将其应用于深圳市2016年度污水管网建设绩效考核,达到了"促进度、督质量、现成效"的考核目的。
