基于目标管理的A公司绩效管理体系研究

【摘要】:当今世界经济发展迅速,知识成为推动经济发展的强大动力,我们在这日益加剧的竞争当中体会,人力资源是在当前各自资源当中处于首要地位。企业要想在管理方面取得成效,就必须高度重视人力资源问题,同时在人力资源管理开发的诸多方法当中,绩效管理又处于中心地位,企业只有不断完善绩效考核的方案,使之能够更加科学有效地调动员工的积极性,企业的人力资源管理才能够健康有效进行。员工作为企业的生产者,及时掌握大量专业知识,具备较高的技能水平,积极工作奉献社会,但是如果人力资源管理能力不足,就会造成绩效水平不高,企业生产就不会取得很好的效益,也不会获得长久的发展潜力。所以,当前人力资源管理工作需要关注的首要问题就是加强绩效管理,不断提升绩效管理水平是每个企业管理者需要树立的管理理念,也是我国企业做大做强的重要保障。笔者在本文中从五个部分进行了论述,第一部分通过绪论简要论述了为什么也选择这个论文题目以及研究绩效管理的重要意义,同时还对国内外当前研究该问题的现状进行了总结,介绍了研究绩效管理问题的目的和具体的研究思路。第二部分是基于目标管理的绩效管理的基本理论,主要阐述了 "绩效管理"、"目标管理"以及"基于目标管理的绩效管理"。第三部分,笔者通过以A公司为例,通过对其进行问卷分析等方式深入的研究与分析,归纳A公司现有绩效管理系统及运行效果。第四部分,通过对A公司的绩效管理体系进行更深层次的剖析,总结出存在的问题,并进行相应的原因分析。第五部分是在上述问题的基础上,对A公司提出基于目标管理绩效管理系统的完善建议。具体包括:"加强绩效管理培训"、"确定明确的绩效目标和衡量标准"、"强绩效管理过程一绩效信息的收集与记录"以及"改进绩效管理的激励方法"。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world economy is developing rapidly, and knowledge has become a powerful driving force to promote economic development. In this increasingly fierce competition, we realize that human resources are in the primary position among their respective resources.If an enterprise wants to achieve success in management, it must attach great importance to the problem of human resources. At the same time, among the many methods of human resource management development, performance management is in a central position.Only by making it more scientific and effective to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, can the human resources management of enterprises be carried out healthily and effectively.As the producer of the enterprise, the employees master a large amount of professional knowledge in time, have a high skill level, work actively and contribute to the society, but if the human resources management ability is insufficient, the performance level will not be high.Enterprise production won't get very good benefit, also won't obtain long-term development potential.Therefore, the current human resources management needs to pay attention to the first issue is to strengthen performance management, constantly improve the level of performance management is every enterprise managers need to set up a management philosophy, but also an important guarantee for our country's enterprises to become bigger and stronger.In this paper, the author discusses from five parts. The first part briefly discusses why to choose the title of this paper and the significance of performance management through the introduction.At the same time, it summarizes the current situation of research on this issue at home and abroad, and introduces the purpose and specific research ideas of performance management.The second part is the basic theory of performance management based on objective management, which mainly expounds "performance management", "objective management" and "performance management based on objective management".The third part, the author through taking A company as an example, through carries on the questionnaire analysis and so on to its thorough research and the analysis, summarizes A company's present performance management system and the running effect.The fourth part, through a deeper analysis of the performance management system of company A, summarizes the existing problems, and carries on the corresponding reason analysis.The fifth part is on the basis of the above problems, A company based on the performance management system to improve the recommendations.These include: "strengthening performance management training", "establishing clear performance objectives and measuring standards", "strong performance management process-collecting and recording of performance information" and "incentive methods to improve performance management".
