企业信息生态对技术创新的影响机理

【摘要】：[目的 /意义]基于信息生态视角,在微观层面上阐释技术创新活动,并分析企业信息生态与技术创新的内在联系。[方法 /过程]运用系统论的方法分析企业信息生态的构成要素及内在机制,进而剖析企业信息生态构成要素、平衡状态、整体运行对技术创新的影响。[结果 /结论]技术创新是一系列信息的收集、加工、传递和转化的过程,企业信息生态为这一过程提供了主体、客体及环境支撑,企业信息生态的平衡状态影响着技术创新的绩效,信息人的活动影响着技术创新底层基因的遗传和变异,决定了技术创新的进化模式。企业信息生态与技术创新相互作用,二者之间存在着协同演化的关系。
[Abstract]:Based on the view of information ecology, the purpose / significance of this paper is to explain the activities of technological innovation on the micro level, and to analyze the internal relationship between enterprise information ecology and technological innovation.[method / process] using the method of system theory to analyze the constituent elements and internal mechanism of enterprise information ecology, and then to analyze the factors of enterprise information ecology composition, the balance state and the influence of the whole operation on the technological innovation.[results / conclusion] technological innovation is the process of collecting, processing, transferring and transforming a series of information. Enterprise information ecology provides the main body, object and environment support for this process.The equilibrium state of enterprise information ecology affects the performance of technological innovation, and the activity of information person influences the inheritance and variation of the underlying genes of technological innovation, and determines the evolutionary model of technological innovation.Enterprise information ecology and technological innovation interact, and there is a cooperative evolution relationship between them.
