协同创新网络与高技术产业的知识转移绩效——基于PARDL模型的实证研究

【摘要】：基于PARDL模型,本文分析了协同创新网络四个维度(规模、强度、同质性和中心度)对高技术产业知识转移绩效的影响。实证结果表明:首先,网络的规模、强度和中心度均对知识转移绩效产生显著的正向影响;其次,就影响的程度而言,网络中心度的影响最大、网络规模的影响次之、网络强度的影响最弱;再次,较短期而言,在长期内上述三个维度的影响更强且更显著;最后,由于结构型同质性和关联型同质性的差异化效应,网络同质性对知识转移绩效的作用缺乏经验证据。
[Abstract]:Based on PARDL model, this paper analyzes the influence of four dimensions (scale, intensity, homogeneity and centrality) of collaborative innovation network on the knowledge transfer performance of high-tech industry.The empirical results show that: first, the scale, intensity and centrality of the network have a significant positive impact on the performance of knowledge transfer; secondly, in terms of the degree of influence, the influence of network centrality is the greatest, and the impact of network size is the second.The influence of network strength is the weakest; thirdly, in the short term, the influence of the above three dimensions is stronger and more significant. Finally, because of the difference effect of structural homogeneity and associative homogeneity,The effect of network homogeneity on knowledge transfer performance is lack of empirical evidence.
