试析增强科技创新自信的价值策略

【摘要】：自信不仅直接影响创新的行为和结果,也会通过影响动机和能力来改善和提升创新绩效。基于马克思主义社会发展理论和习近平总书记科技思想,结合中国特色社会主义建设实践分析发现科技创新自信具有深刻的社会性、人民性和时代性特征,对于建设世界科技强国、实现伟大中国梦有着强劲的推动和支撑作用。当前,中国的制度优势、良好环境、人才保障和思想文化根基,使科技创新自信具备了基础与底气。实践中,还要实施做大做强企业、提升平台的功能内涵、建设创新载体、优化创新创业生态体系等策略,进一步增强创新主体、能力、条件和体制自信。
