创业激情对新创企业绩效的影响机制研究

【摘要】:创业激情是创业过程中创业者表现的最为明显的情感特征,其是否能够促进创业的成功,是创业领域目前关注的热点问题。基于高阶梯队理论,构建了创业者的创业激情对新创企业绩效的影响机制模型,探索了机会获取在这一关系中的中介作用,检验了创业者人力资本和社会资本的调节作用。通过110份有效样本,运用多层次回归的方法,得出以下结论:创业者的创业激情显著正向影响新创企业绩效;组织的机会获取完全中介创业激情与新创企业绩效间的关系;创业者的先前行业经验负向调节创业激情与机会获取间的关系,创业者的社会资本正向调节创业激情与机会获取间的关系。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial passion is the most obvious emotional characteristic of entrepreneurs in the process of entrepreneurship. Whether it can promote the success of entrepreneurship is a hot issue in the field of entrepreneurship.Based on the theory of higher echelons, this paper constructs the mechanism model of the influence of entrepreneurial passion on the performance of new enterprises, explores the intermediary role of opportunity acquisition in this relationship, and tests the regulatory role of entrepreneur's human capital and social capital.Through 110 effective samples and using the method of multi-level regression, the following conclusions are drawn: entrepreneur's entrepreneurial passion significantly positively affects the performance of the start-up enterprise, the relationship between the organization's opportunity to obtain the complete intermediary entrepreneurial passion and the new enterprise's performance;The former industry experience of entrepreneurs negatively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and opportunity acquisition, while the social capital of entrepreneurs positively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and opportunity acquisition.
