T公司绩效管理优化研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化的现代社会,市场对英语的需求进一步扩大,为此催生了大批规模大小不等、实力参差不齐的英语培训机构,教育培训行业的竞争愈演愈烈。为此,如何建立自己的核心竞争力,并在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出是各培训行业需面临的一个问题。对于各培训机构来说,服务质量和客户的满意度是其实现长足发展的关键;而能否为客户提供高质量的服务,能否保持客户良好的满意度,除了受到培训机构从业人员自身技能水平的影响之外,更重要的是公司对人才的管理。绩效管理是对人的管理,不仅直接影响了公司人才的流动性,更是公司核心竞争力的重要体现。本文主要分成五个部分的内容:绪论部分综合概述了本文研究的理论基础;T公司绩效管理现状部分通过笔者实地考察、关键人物访谈及其员工问卷调查分析,对T公司的绩效管理现状进行了研究分析;随后对T公司的绩效管理进行了优化设计;T公司绩效管理优化设计的保障措施部分对具体的保障措施进行了详细说明;最后是对本文的总结和展望。本文在对T公司的绩效管理进行优化方案设计时,从公司绩效管理的各个环节入手,对T公司在各环节出现的问题有针对性的提出了优化建议,从而能够切实提高公司的整体绩效及其对员工的高效管理,并为更多同类企业提供有价值的参考和建议。
[Abstract]:In the modern society of economic globalization, the market demand for English has further expanded, which has given birth to a large number of English training institutions of varying size and uneven strength, and the competition in the education and training industry has become increasingly fierce. Therefore, how to establish their own core competitiveness and stand out in the fierce market competition is a problem that every training industry has to face. For each training organization, the service quality and customer satisfaction are the key to its rapid development, and the ability to provide high quality services to customers and maintain good customer satisfaction, Besides being influenced by the skill level of the employees of the training institution, it is more important for the company to manage the talents. Performance management is the management of people, which not only directly affects the mobility of the company's talents, but also reflects the core competitiveness of the company. This paper is divided into five parts: the introduction part summarizes the theoretical basis of this paper: the current situation of performance management of T Company through the author's field investigation, key person interviews and staff questionnaire analysis. This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of performance management in T Company, and then gives a detailed description of the specific safeguard measures for the performance management of T Company in the following parts: the optimal design of performance management of T Company and the guarantee measures of optimal design of performance management in T Company. The last part is the summary and prospect of this paper. In this paper, in the optimization of T company performance management design, starting from the company performance management of each link, T company in each link appeared problems targeted to put forward the optimization suggestions. Thus, it can improve the overall performance of the company and its efficient management of employees, and provide valuable reference and advice for more similar enterprises.
