高校产学研合作中知识转移的激励契约问题研究

【摘要】：产学研合作模式因其中内在主线知识转移机制的特殊性,将正式契约尤其是具有正向激励功能的设计视为合作绩效的关键,而有形契约的设计如何对相对无形的知识转移机制进行有效约束、监督,尤其是正向激励,恰恰是产学研合作过程中基于知识形态的特殊产品的生产、管理、库存、运输等常规环节所要进行创新性思考的问题。对知识转移在高校产学研合作模式中的发生机制、作用机制、成本与风险机制、人员心理关系机制等诸多因素进行系统分析和把握,结合产学研契约设计固有的原则、内容和应用,探讨对知识这一特殊而关键的隐性资源的产品化、利润化、资本化进行激励型监管的契约设计方案。
[Abstract]:Because of the particularity of the knowledge transfer mechanism, the formal contract, especially the design with positive incentive function, is regarded as the key of cooperative performance. And how the design of tangible contract effectively constrains and supervises the relatively intangible knowledge transfer mechanism, especially the positive incentive, is precisely the production, management and inventory of special products based on knowledge form in the process of cooperation between industry, university and research. Transportation and other conventional links for innovative thinking. This paper systematically analyzes and grasps many factors such as the occurrence mechanism, the function mechanism, the cost and risk mechanism, the personnel psychological relationship mechanism, and so on, of the knowledge transfer in the cooperation mode of production, college and research in colleges and universities, and combines with the inherent principles of the design of the production, college and research contract. Content and application, this paper discusses the contract design scheme of incentive supervision for the production, profit and capitalization of knowledge, which is a special and key implicit resource.
