生鲜农产品配送中的物流联盟构建研究

【摘要】:当前,消费者对高质量的生鲜农产品需求日益增长,缩短生鲜农产品流通过程,将提升商品配送效率,促进配送资源合理优化配置。由销地批发市场进入城市零售店过程处于生鲜农产品供应链末端,存在配送规模效应不佳导致配送成本高,在途损耗过多的问题,配送效率有待提高。从减少前期投入的角度,构建配送环节的物流联盟将有助于促进配送资源的优化配置,扩大规模效应,提升配送效率。生鲜农产品配送中建立的物流联盟将整合物流资源并优化生鲜类商品的配送效益。在农户到最终消费者组成的多级供应链中,本文主要关注销地批发市场配送至零售商这一环节。详细阐述了生鲜农产品包装简单、鲜活易腐、室温下不易存放等特质。目前主要存在转运环节过多,规模效益不佳造成了农产品损耗大、物流成本高、鲜活度低的问题。深入说明建立物流联盟的必要性,阐述了生鲜农产品末端配送中联盟形成动因和形成过程。其构建的关键问题是加强成员信任关系,维护联盟稳定状态,建立了公平分配机制,保持长久信任机制和优化绩效激励机制。配送中的物流联盟具有提升规模效应、减少交易成本、扩大协同效应的优势。在此基础上,从定量角度建立利益分配机制。以供应商联盟为主要分析对象,探讨了联盟生命周期中建立期和稳定期,建立阶段利用Nash谈判模型和修正Shapley值模型探讨供应商成员间的利益分配情况,讨论了 Shapley值模型在修正前后对应的努力水平,认为优于平均水平的成员受到利益补偿后努力水平有所提高,验证了良好的激励机制与利益分配机制相配合也有助于促进成员积极表现。采用基于TOPSIS思想的综合分配法,讨论了入盟时间、鲜活度因子对利益分配结果的影响,在一定范围内入盟时间越久、鲜活度越高所得到利益越大。采用模糊Shapley值模型对比了完全参与和不完全参与情况下成员获得的利益分配值有所区别,参与度越高成员得到的利益分配量越大。稳定阶段的一般成员则采用基于灰色关联分析的层次分析法进行利益分配,更加清晰地评价各成员在不同指标方面的表现情况,避免了单一方法的局限。
[Abstract]:At present, consumers' demand for high-quality fresh agricultural products is increasing day by day. Shortening the circulation process of fresh agricultural products will improve the efficiency of commodity distribution and promote the rational allocation of distribution resources. The process of entering the city retail store from the wholesale market to the city is at the end of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products. The distribution efficiency needs to be improved because of the poor scale effect of distribution resulting in high distribution cost and excessive loss in transit. From the angle of reducing the early investment, constructing the logistics alliance of distribution link will help to promote the optimal allocation of distribution resources, expand the scale effect and improve the efficiency of distribution. The logistics alliance established in the distribution of fresh agricultural products will integrate logistics resources and optimize the distribution efficiency of fresh commodities. In the multi-level supply chain from farmer to final consumer, this paper focuses on the distribution from wholesale market to retailer. The characteristics of fresh agricultural products such as simple packaging, fresh and perishable, not easy to store at room temperature were described in detail. At present, there are too many transshipment links and poor economies of scale, which result in large losses of agricultural products, high cost of logistics and low degree of freshness. This paper explains the necessity of establishing logistics alliance and expounds the cause and process of forming alliance in the terminal distribution of fresh agricultural products. The key problems of its construction are to strengthen the trust relationship of its members, to maintain the stable state of the alliance, to establish a fair distribution mechanism, to maintain a long-term trust mechanism and to optimize the performance incentive mechanism. Logistics alliance in distribution has the advantage of enhancing scale effect, reducing transaction cost and expanding synergy effect. On this basis, from the quantitative point of view to establish the benefit distribution mechanism. Taking the supplier alliance as the main analysis object, this paper discusses the establishment period and the stable period in the life cycle of the alliance, and discusses the benefit distribution among the supplier members by using the Nash negotiation model and the modified Shapley value model in the establishment stage. The corresponding effort level of Shapley value model before and after revision is discussed. It is considered that the effort level of the members who are better than the average level is improved after the benefit compensation. It verifies that good incentive mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism can also help to promote the positive performance of members. In this paper, the influence of joining time and freshness factor on the benefit distribution result is discussed by using the comprehensive distribution method based on TOPSIS's thought. The longer the joining time is, the greater the benefit is obtained by the higher the fresh life degree. The fuzzy Shapley value model is used to compare the benefit distribution between full participation and incomplete participation. The higher the participation is, the greater the benefit distribution is. In the stable stage, the general members use the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on the grey relational analysis to evaluate the performance of the members in different indexes more clearly, thus avoiding the limitation of the single method.
