社会网络嵌入的深化对农民创业的效应分析——基于水库移民创业案例的考察

【摘要】：基于交易成本理论和湘西自治州K水库移民创业案例就社会网络嵌入的深化对农民创业的影响进行分析,结果表明:社会网络的确能帮助创业者获取一定的初始资源,适度的社会网络嵌入对农民创业企业初期的发展起到了较大作用。但农民创业时的社会网络很多时候并非正式契约,随着嵌入程度的加深,农民创业企业在社会网络中连接的节点和纽带数量及其强度在增加,社会网络嵌入的深化通常伴随较大的风险和不确定性。这往往还导致资产专用性的增强和强关系的形成,使企业的交易成本一步步加大。当社会网络过度嵌入最终演化为路径依赖,农民创业企业将被锁定在缺乏新信息和丧失创新活力的路径上,最终有损于企业绩效和长期发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the transaction cost theory and the case of immigrant entrepreneurship of K reservoir in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, this paper analyzes the impact of social network embedding on farmers' entrepreneurship. The results show that social network can help entrepreneurs to obtain certain initial resources. Moderate social network embedding plays an important role in the initial development of farmers' entrepreneurial enterprises. However, the social network is often not a formal contract when farmers start a business. With the deepening of embedding, the number of nodes and ties connected by farmers' entrepreneurial enterprises in the social network and their intensity are increasing. The deepening of social network embedding is usually accompanied by greater risk and uncertainty. This often leads to the enhancement of asset specificity and the formation of strong relationship, which makes the transaction cost of enterprises increase step by step. When the social network is overembedded and eventually evolves into path dependence, farmers' entrepreneurial enterprises will be locked in the path of lack of new information and loss of innovation vitality, which will ultimately harm the performance and long-term development of enterprises.
