环境不确定性下的供应链整合与企业绩效关系研究

【摘要】:20世纪90年代以来,随着经济全球化的不断发展、消费者需求的多样化、信息技术的进步,企业竞争的加剧以及市场变化不确定性日益增强,在竞争激烈的市场中能够牢牢地占据一席之地并且有良好的企业绩效,绝不再是企业自身能够完成的,需要企业上游、下游以及企业内部的协作整合。公司、供应商、客户只有建立起紧密的合作关系,才能够在风起云涌、跌宕起伏的市场中实现共赢,企业单打独斗的局面势必会被供应链企业团体作战的形势所取代。本文旨在研究企业实施供应链整合对其绩效产生的作用,而且将环境不确定性这一现实情境作为研究的调节变量,亦增加了研究的现实有效性。本文在文献研究的基础上将供应链整合划分为内部整合、供应商整合和客户整合三个维度,它们基本涵盖了企业进行供应链整合的方向;并从财务绩效和创新绩效两个方面来研究企业绩效,它们分别是企业短期绩效和长期绩效的代表。本文共收集到了209家国内沪深A股制造业上市公司2013-2015年间的样本数据,用SPSS Statistics 19.0统计软件通过因子分析法构造了内部整合指标并且进行了描述性统计分析、本文主要变量之间的相关性分析,运用Eviews8.0统计软件进行面板数据回归分析以及稳健性检验。实证结果显示供应链整合的三个维度内部整合、供应商整合和客户整合与财务绩效均有不同程度的正向相关性,其内部整合与财务绩效相关性显著水平较低。企业内部整合与创新绩效显著正相关,供应商整合与企业创新绩效显著负相关,客户整合与企业创新绩效相关性不显著。环境不确定性对内部整合和供应商整合与企业创新绩效之间的关系起正向的调节作用,而对客户整合与企业创新绩之间的关系调节作用不显著。环境不确定性对供应链整合与企业财务绩效之间关系的调节作用也不显著。由此本文建议企业在实际操作中应该根据实际情况权衡供应链整合的方向和程度,应当注重内部整合和客户整合,适时进行供应商整合。特别是当企业处于不确定性较高的环境时,内部整合的重要性更加显著,而且可以适当地提高供应商整合水平。最后分析了本文指标量化和研究深入性不足的局限,并提出了相应的展望。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, with the continuous development of economic globalization, the diversification of consumer demand, the progress of information technology, the aggravation of enterprise competition and the increasing uncertainty of market change, In the competitive market can hold a firm place and have good enterprise performance, is no longer the enterprise itself can complete, need the enterprise upstream, downstream and internal cooperation integration. Companies, suppliers and customers can only establish a close relationship in order to achieve win-win in the ups and downs of the market, the situation of enterprises alone will be replaced by the supply chain enterprise group combat situation. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of enterprise supply chain integration on its performance, and take the environmental uncertainty as the adjusting variable of the study, which also increases the effectiveness of the research. On the basis of literature research, supply chain integration is divided into three dimensions: internal integration, supplier integration and customer integration, which basically cover the direction of enterprise supply chain integration. It also studies enterprise performance from two aspects of financial performance and innovation performance, which represent the short-term performance and long-term performance respectively. This paper collected a total of 209 domestic Shanghai and Shenzhen A share manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2015 sample data, using SPSS Statistics 19.0 statistical software through factor analysis to construct internal integration indicators and descriptive statistical analysis. In this paper, the correlation analysis between the main variables, the use of Eviews8.0 statistical software panel data regression analysis and robustness test. The empirical results show that the three dimensions of internal integration of supply chain integration, supplier integration and customer integration and financial performance have varying degrees of positive correlation, its internal integration and financial performance correlation is significantly lower. There is a significant positive correlation between enterprise internal integration and innovation performance, a significant negative correlation between supplier integration and enterprise innovation performance, and no significant correlation between customer integration and enterprise innovation performance. Environmental uncertainty plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between internal integration and supplier integration and enterprise innovation performance, but it does not play a significant role in regulating the relationship between customer integration and enterprise innovation performance. Environmental uncertainty does not play a significant role in regulating the relationship between supply chain integration and enterprise financial performance. Therefore, this paper suggests that enterprises should weigh the direction and extent of supply chain integration according to the actual situation, pay attention to internal integration and customer integration, and timely conduct supplier integration. Especially when the enterprise is in the environment of high uncertainty, the importance of internal integration is more significant, and the level of supplier integration can be improved appropriately. Finally, the limitation of the index quantification and the insufficiency of the research is analyzed, and the corresponding prospect is put forward.
