基于SEM的安徽省新农人电子商务创业绩效影响因素研究

【摘要】:伴随电子商务产业的迅速发展,电子商务创业作为一种新兴的创业模式,得到学术界的广泛关注。安徽省是典型的农业大省,也是全国电子商务进农村试点省份之一。新农人作为农民群体中先进生产力的代表,对农业网络化发展起到强有力的推动作用。电子商务的兴起,为安徽省新农人的发展带来了新机遇。但目前安徽省新农人电子商务创业普遍存在行业标准不规范、硬件设施不完善、政策扶持力度不足以及专业人才欠缺等问题,严重影响新农人电子商务创业效益的提升。本文从安徽省新农人电子商务创业现状入手,基于现实依据、理论依据和实证依据对影响新农人电子商务创业绩效的关键要素进行提取及分析,提出优化安徽省新农人电子商务创业活动的对策及建议。本文首先对有关新农人、电子商务创业及创业绩效等文献进行整理与汇总。接着对安徽省新农人的发展现状进行阐述,从安徽省新农人电子商务创业现状中探寻影响电子商务创业绩效的潜在问题,为后文探讨电子商务创业绩效影响因素的理论分析和实证分析提供现实依据。综合以往电子商务创业的理论模型,结合安徽省新农人电子商务创业的现实依据,构建了安徽省新农人电子商务创业绩效的影响因素指标体系,包含“创业动机”“创业者能力”“创业资源”以及“电商平台性能”4个二级指标和17个三级指标。基于指标体系提出理论假设并构建电子商务创业绩效影响因素“四维”理论模型,为后文进行创业绩效影响因素的实证分析提供理论依据。本文运用SPSS20.0和Amos Graphics软件对问卷调研结果进行统计分析,问卷量表通过检验具有良好的信度效度,进而基于探索性因子分析对电子商务创业绩效影响因素量表进行维度划分,再基于结构方程模型构建安徽省新农人电子商务创业绩效影响因素的标准化参数模型图。通过结构方程模型探讨各变量对电子商务创业绩效的影响路径和影响程度以及各影响变量间的关系,一方面验证了前文提出的理论假设,另一方面也为后文对电子商务创业绩效的策略优化提供实证依据。最后,本文分别基于政府及新农人角度从提高资源利用率、提升新农人创业能力、加强平台建设、强化创业意识等方面提出改善安徽省新农人电子商务创业的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of e-commerce industry, e-business entrepreneurship as a new entrepreneurial model, has been widely concerned by the academic community. Anhui Province is a typical agricultural province, is also one of the pilot provinces of e-commerce into rural areas. As the representative of advanced productive forces, new farmers play a powerful role in promoting the development of agricultural networking. The rise of e-commerce brings new opportunities for the development of new farmers in Anhui Province. At present, however, there are some problems in E-business entrepreneurship of new farmers in Anhui Province, such as the standard of industry is not standardized, the hardware facilities are not perfect, the policy support is insufficient, and the professional talents are lacking, which seriously affects the promotion of the efficiency of e-commerce entrepreneurship of new farmers. This paper starts with the current situation of e-commerce entrepreneurship of new farmers in Anhui Province, and extracts and analyzes the key factors that affect the performance of e-commerce entrepreneurship of new farmers based on realistic basis, theoretical basis and empirical basis. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the e-business entrepreneurial activities of new farmers in Anhui Province. In this paper, the new farmers, e-business entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance and other documents are collated and summarized. Then the development status of new farmers in Anhui Province is expounded, and the potential problems affecting the performance of e-commerce entrepreneurship are explored from the status quo of e-commerce entrepreneurship of new farmers in Anhui Province. It provides a practical basis for the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the factors influencing the performance of e-business entrepreneurship. Based on the previous theoretical models of e-commerce entrepreneurship and the practical basis of e-business entrepreneurship of new farmers in Anhui Province, this paper constructs an index system of influencing factors of e-business entrepreneurship performance of new farmers in Anhui Province. It includes "entrepreneurial motivation," entrepreneurial ability, "entrepreneurial resources," and "ecommerce platform performance," four secondary indicators and 17 third-level indicators. Based on the index system, this paper puts forward the theoretical hypothesis and constructs the "four-dimensional" theoretical model of the influencing factors of e-commerce entrepreneurial performance, which provides the theoretical basis for the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial performance. This paper uses SPSS20.0 and Amos Graphics software to carry on the statistical analysis to the questionnaire result, the questionnaire scale through the test has the good reliability validity, then based on the exploratory factor analysis carries on the dimension division to the electronic commerce entrepreneurship performance influence factor scale. Then, based on the structural equation model, the standardized parameter model map of the influencing factors of e-business entrepreneurial performance of new farmers in Anhui Province is constructed. Based on the structural equation model, this paper discusses the influence path and degree of each variable on the performance of e-commerce entrepreneurship, and the relationship between these variables. On the one hand, it verifies the theoretical hypothesis put forward above. On the other hand, it also provides the empirical basis for the strategy optimization of e-business entrepreneurship performance. Finally, based on the angle of the government and the new farmers, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the e-business entrepreneurship of the new farmers in Anhui Province from the aspects of improving the utilization of resources, enhancing the entrepreneurial ability of the new farmers, strengthening the platform construction, and strengthening the awareness of entrepreneurship.
