知识管理能力对高新技术企业技术创新绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：随着科学技术的迅速发展,知识经济时代企业之间的竞争愈发激烈。企业为了提升其核心竞争力,都在不断地进行技术创新,技术创新是高新技术企业生存发展的重要因素。然而,我国企业面临经济全球化、经济转型等外界因素的影响,在如此复杂激烈的环境下,技术创新相比过去变得不那么容易了。因此,面对变化的社会环境,在技术创新活动中,知识资源起着愈发重要的作用。知识的开发和有效利用使得创新活动有序进行,逐渐减少劳动成本以及时间成本等资源,进而提升企业的运行效率。而对知识资源的有效利用就需要进行知识管理,面对庞大的知识资源,企业该如何提升知识管理能力,而知识管理能力一旦提升,企业技术创新活动也就更加频繁有效,员工的学习氛围和创新能力随之提高。若是对知识管理不加以重视,必定会影响企业的技术创新绩效。这是知识管理能力运用到技术创新过程中亟需解决的问题。本文以我国高新技术企业的技术创新绩效为研究对象,以知识管理能力对技术创新绩效的影响为研究主题。通过阅读梳理国内外相关研究文献,以知识管理和技术创新的相关理论为基础,构建了知识管理能力与技术创新绩效的影响模型,并提出了相应的假设,通过问卷调查的方法收集相关数据,回收有效问卷143份,并进行描述性分析,利用因子分析和层次回归分析方法,深入探讨了知识管理能力对高新技术企业技术创新绩效的影响。首先,本文从知识行为能力与保障能力两方面衡量知识管理能力,其中包括知识获取、知识转化、知识应用、知识保护、组织结构、文化氛围6个一级指标,技术创新绩效从产出绩效和过程绩效两方面进行衡量,采用SPSS22.0软件运用回归分析方法,分别实证分析了这些因子对技术创新绩效的影响。实证结果发现:六个指标与技术创新绩效均成正相关关系,知识行为能力与知识保障能力这两个方面都对企业的技术创新绩效有促进作用,本文认为知识管理能力的改善有利于提高高新技术企业的技术创新绩效。最后,文章在相关结论的基础上提出相应的对策建议,以此来提升我国高新技术企业的技术创新绩效。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the competition between enterprises in the era of knowledge economy is becoming more and more fierce. In order to improve their core competitiveness, enterprises are constantly carrying out technological innovation, which is an important factor for the survival and development of high-tech enterprises. However, under the influence of external factors, such as economic globalization and economic transformation, it is not easy for Chinese enterprises to innovate technology in such a complicated and intense environment. Therefore, in the face of the changing social environment, knowledge resources play an increasingly important role in technological innovation activities. The development and effective use of knowledge make innovation activities go on in an orderly manner, gradually reduce labor costs and time costs and other resources, and then improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. The effective use of knowledge resources requires knowledge management. In the face of huge knowledge resources, how should enterprises improve their knowledge management capabilities? once knowledge management capabilities are enhanced, the technological innovation activities of enterprises will become more frequent and effective. The learning atmosphere and innovation ability of employees are improved. If knowledge management is not taken seriously, it will affect the technological innovation performance of enterprises. This is a problem that needs to be solved in the process of applying knowledge management ability to technological innovation. This paper focuses on the technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in China and the influence of knowledge management ability on technological innovation performance. Based on the relevant theories of knowledge management and technological innovation, the influence model of knowledge management ability and technological innovation performance is constructed, and the corresponding hypotheses are put forward. The relevant data were collected by questionnaire, 143 valid questionnaires were collected, and descriptive analysis was carried out, and factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used. The influence of knowledge management ability on the technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises is discussed. First of all, this paper measures the knowledge management ability from two aspects: knowledge behavior ability and support ability, which includes six first-level indicators: knowledge acquisition, knowledge transformation, knowledge application, knowledge protection, organizational structure and cultural atmosphere. The performance of technological innovation is measured from two aspects: output performance and process performance. The effect of these factors on technological innovation performance is analyzed empirically by using SPSS22.0 software and regression analysis method. The empirical results show that the six indexes are positively correlated with the technological innovation performance, and both the knowledge behavior ability and the knowledge guarantee ability can promote the technological innovation performance of enterprises. This paper holds that the improvement of knowledge management ability is beneficial to improve the technological innovation performance of high and new technology enterprises. Finally, on the basis of the relevant conclusions, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in China.
