技术多样性与企业绩效关系的实证研究

【摘要】：目前,创新已成为企业的主流导向,企业多样性的战略选择可以为企业累积获取更多的资源,创造更多的机会,对于企业的创新作用日益突出。技术多样性,作为企业多样性战略选择的一种重要方式,受到了创新和战略管理学者们的重视,越来越多的学者们开始关注技术多样性与企业绩效之间的关系。从理论角度来看,现有关于技术多样性对于企业绩效影响的探索存在很大的争议,没有达成一个统一的意见。从实践角度来看,中国的企业正面临转型经济的重要时刻,企业所处的环境跟发达国家相比还存在很大的不成熟,而针对中国情境的研究也十分的匮乏。针对上述理论和实践存在的问题,本研究对创业板296家上市公司,围绕“技术多样性对企业绩效的影响以及受到哪些环境特征变量的调节作用影响”这一问题进行实证分析。本文的实证结果表明,技术多样性对企业绩效的影响不显著,二者关系如何很大程度上取决于企业的外部环境特征(环境的包容性及环境的动态性)。本研究进一步发现,技术多样性与企业绩效二者的关系还受到外部市场环境的影响,即环境的包容性会正向调节二者间的关系,但是环境的动态性会负向调节二者之间的关系。
[Abstract]:At present, innovation has become the mainstream orientation of enterprises. The strategic choice of enterprise diversity can accumulate more resources for enterprises, create more opportunities, and become increasingly prominent for the innovation of enterprises. As an important way to choose the strategic choice of enterprise diversity, the diversity of technology has been paid much attention by the scholars of innovation and strategic management. More and more scholars have begun to pay attention to the relationship between technological diversity and enterprise performance. From a theoretical point of view, the existing exploration of the impact of technological diversity on enterprise performance has great controversy and has not reached a unified opinion. From a practical point of view, Chinese enterprises are facing an important moment in the transition economy. Compared with the developed countries, the environment of the industry is still very immature, and the research on Chinese situation is also very scarce. In view of the problems existing in the above theory and practice, this study focuses on the effect of the "technological diversity on the performance of the enterprise" and the regulating effect of the environmental characteristics on the 296 listed companies of the gem. The empirical results show that the impact of technical diversity on enterprise performance is not significant, and the relationship between the two is largely dependent on the external environment characteristics of the enterprise (the inclusiveness of the environment and the dynamic environment of the environment). This study further finds that the relationship between the technological diversity and the enterprise performance is the two. It is also influenced by the external market environment, that is, the inclusiveness of the environment will adjust the relationship between the two, but the dynamic nature of the environment will negatively regulate the relationship between the two.
