分类治理视角下国有企业股权结构优化——基于801家国有上市公司的实证研究

【摘要】：国有企业分类治理是目前国企改革的主基调,而如何进行分类治理则成为研究的重点。本文选取2010-2014年国有上市公司的样本数据,根据中央最新的国企改革文件和思路,将801家国有企业分为商业类和公益类两类,构建了多元回归模型,实证检验和分析了股权结构对两类国有企业经营绩效的影响。研究发现股权结构对公益类和商业类国有企业的绩效影响不同,进而提出分类治理视角下国有企业股权结构优化的思路。
[Abstract]:Classification governance of state-owned enterprises is the main tenor of the reform of state-owned enterprises at present, and how to classify governance becomes the focus of research. This paper selects the sample data of state-owned listed companies from 2010-2014, according to the latest state-owned enterprises reform documents and ideas, divides 801 state-owned enterprises into two categories: commercial and public interest, and constructs a multivariate regression model. Empirical test and analysis of the impact of ownership structure on the performance of two types of state-owned enterprises. It is found that the influence of ownership structure on the performance of state-owned enterprises is different from that of public and commercial state-owned enterprises, and the idea of optimizing the ownership structure of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of classified governance is put forward.
