【摘要】:我国部分地区的社区卫生服务中心面临着高水平全科医生少、医疗设备不足、患者就医意愿低等困境,如何使社区卫生服务中心的诊疗水平得到持续发展,是实现分级诊疗面临的巨大挑战。本文介绍了长春市在社区卫生服务中心发展中积累的经验。王军认为,通过特色服务可提高社区卫生服务中心在辖区居民中的认知度和认可度;张智慧介绍,通过重组家庭医生团队、提供多层次培训、扩展家庭医生契约式服务内容以更好服务于辖区居民;王兵兵建议,以发展中医、绩效考核为助力,实现服务能力的全面提升;李玉红强调了社区卫生服务中心在慢性病患者管理、转诊、健康教育中的重要作用;刘莹建议,采用多种多样的宣传方式,大力推广社区卫生服务中心的特色服务;宋宝琦建议,以提高社区卫生服务中心的认同度为基础,广泛推进各项工作;赵艳芙认为,通过中医特色服务,以满足重点人群的保健需求;梁红建议,通过规范家庭医生的服务质量,采用多种途径宣传家庭医生制度,以便于家庭医生工作的开展;李雅楠建议,通过转变服务模式,变被动为主动,提高社区卫生服务中心的知名度;杨召同样认为,社区卫生服务中心应根据居民需求,创新服务模式;刘伟艳建议,应采用多种形式的培训,以提高家庭医生的技术水平;吕晶建议,强化家庭医生服务团队的绩效考核,提高家庭医生的积极性。期望通过本次讨论,能为我国社区卫生服务中心的发展思路提供借鉴,以满足居民的就诊需求,承担健康"守门人"的职责。
[Abstract]:The community health service centers in some areas of our country are faced with difficulties such as low level of general practitioners, insufficient medical equipment and low willingness of patients to seek medical treatment. How to make the level of diagnosis and treatment of community health service centers develop continuously. It is a great challenge to realize the classification diagnosis and treatment. This paper introduces the experience accumulated in the development of community health service center in Changchun. Wang Jun believes that the community health service centers can improve their awareness and recognition among residents in their districts through special services. Zhang Zhihui says that by reorganizing the team of family doctors, it provides multi-level training. To expand the family doctor contract service content to better serve the residents of the district Wang Bing suggested to develop traditional Chinese medicine performance evaluation as a help to achieve the overall improvement of service capacity; Li Yuhong emphasized the important role of community health service center in the management, referral and health education of patients with chronic diseases. Liu Ying suggested that the characteristic services of community health service centers should be popularized in a variety of ways. Song Baoqi suggested that all kinds of work should be promoted on the basis of enhancing the identity of community health service centers; Zhao Yanfu believes that the health needs of key people can be met through traditional Chinese medicine characteristic services; and Liang Hong suggests that By standardizing the service quality of family doctors and adopting various ways to propagate the family doctor system so as to facilitate the development of family doctors' work, Li Yannan suggested that by changing the service model and changing from passive to active, Yang Chao also believes that community health service centers should innovate service models according to the needs of residents, and Liu Weiyan suggests that various forms of training should be adopted in order to improve the technical level of family doctors. Lu Jing suggested, strengthen the family doctor service team performance appraisal, enhances the family doctor's enthusiasm. It is expected that this discussion can be used for reference for the development of community health service centers in China, so as to meet the needs of residents and to assume the duty of "gatekeepers".
